SOCIETYԱրցախա-ադրբեջանական հակամարտ զորքերի շփման գծում հակառակորդի կողմից պարբերաբար ձեռնարկվող անհաջող նախահարձակ գործողություններին զուգահեռ ընդգծված ակտիվություն է նկատվում նաև քարոզչական ճակատում:
«Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ, այս մասին Ֆեյսբուք սոցիալական ցանցի իր էջում գրել է Արցախի Հանրապետության ՊՆ խոսնակ Սենոր Հասրաթյանը:
Նա հատկանշական է համարում, որ այդ գործընթացին ներգրավվում են ոչ միայն հարևան երկրի պետական ու ոչ պետական տեղեկատվաքարոզչական ոլորտի ներկայացուցիչները, այլև շատ հաճախ բանակի ղեկավարությունն ու ենթակա զորամիավորումների հրամանատարները: Ավելին, ծավալվող քարոզչության առանձնահատկությունը Սենոր Հասրաթյանի կարծիքով, կայանում է նրանում, որ վերջիններիս կողմից միտումնավոր կերպով փորձ է արվում շփման գծում նախ՝պարբերաբար իրենց իսկ սադրած սրացումների մեղքը բարդել հայկական կողմի վրա, իսկ այնուհետև հանրությանը մատուցել, թե ինչպես է այդ ամենին «հերոսաբար» դիմագրավում իրենց «փառավոր» բանակը:
«Բոլորովին վերջերս ադրբեջանական լրատվամիջոցներից մեկին տված հարցազրույցում զորամիավորման հրամանատար Խագանի Ջաբրայիլովը, նույն ոճով մեղադրանք ներկայացնելով հայկական կողմին, գնաց ավելի հեռուն և ոչ ավել, ոչ պակաս կատարեց հետևյալ ամպագորգոռ հայտարարությունը. «Բնականաբար առայսօր մեր ոխերիմ թշնամին չի կարողացել որևէ անգամ հասնել իր նպատակին: Ադրբեջանական բանակն արդեն այն չէ, ինչ եղել է 25 տարի առաջ.... Ներկա պահին մեր զինանձնակազմի բարոյահոգեբանական ոգին անչափ բարձր է և սպասում է Գերագույն գլխավոր հրամանատարի մարտական հրամանին...»:
Չթերագնահատելով թշնամական բանակի հնարավորությունը, այդուհանդերձ, արժե Բաքվի տաքգլուխներին զգուշացնել, որ մարտական կարողությունների գնահատականը որոշվում է խրամատում, այլ ոչ թե բարձրագոչ հայտարարություններով: Իսկ առայսօր խրամատում կատարվածը չկրկնվելու համար առնվազն ձեզ պետք է ունենալ հիշողություն և եղածը չգերագնահատելու խոհեմություն: Հակառակ դեպքում, պարոն Ջաբրայիլով, հավանականությունը շատ մեծ է, որ կրկին կարող է հայտնվես նույն այն վիճակում, ինչպիսինն անձամբ քո մաշկի վրա զգացել ես և 1992-ից 94 թվականներին և դրանից հետո ընկած ժամանակահատվածում»,-գրել է Սենոր Հասրաթյանը:
