Ռուսաստանից դեպի ԱՊՀ փոխանցումները պակասել են մոտ 47 տոկոսով

Օրերս ՌԴ ԿԲ-ն հրապարակել է 2015թ. առաջին եռամսյակի ընթացքում ֆիզիկական անձանց դրամական փոխանցումների մասին տեղեկությունները։ Համաձայն այդ տվյալների՝ Ռուսաստանից դեպի ԱՊՀ երկրներ փոխանցումները տարեկան հաշվարկով կրճատվել են 1,7 մլրդ դոլարով կամ 46,6 տոկոսով։
Անկման «ռեկորդակիրը» Ուզբեկստանն է։ Նշված ժամանակահատվածում Ռուսաստանից կատարված դրամական փոխանցումները դեպի Ուզբեկստան կրճատվել են 456 մլն դոլարով կամ 49.6 տոկոսով։ Երկրորդ տեղում Ուկրաինան է, դեպի ու փոխանցումների նվազումը կազմել է 334 մլն դոլար, իսկ եռյակը եզրափակում է Տաջիկստանը, դեպի ուր փոխանցումները պակասել են 284 մլն դոլարով։
Նշենք, որ դեպի ԱՊՀ փոխանցումների տոկոսների անկումը տատանվում է 57.1 տոկոսի (Թուրքմենիա) եւ 33.8 տոկոսի (Ղրղզստան) միջեւ։ Դեպի Հայաստան փոխանցումների քանակը պակասել է 135 մլն դոլարով (49.6 տոկոս)։
Բնականաբար առավել քիչ վնասը կրել են այն երկրները, որոնք քիչ են կախված Ռուսաստանից կատարվող փոխանցումներից։ Ի թիվս Թուրքմենիայի, զարմանալիորեն այդ ցուցակում է նաեւ Ղազախստանը, որը ԵՏՄ անդամ է եւ Ռուսաստանի հետ 6.5 հազար կմ ընդհանուր սահման ունի։
Նշենք, որ անցյալ տարվա առաջին եռամսյակում դեպի Ղազախստան ռուսական փոխանցումները կազմել են 114 մլն, իսկ դեպի Թուրքմենիա՝ 4 մլն դոլար։ Համեմատության համար նշենք, որ նույն այդ ժամանակահատվածում դեպի Հայաստան կատարված փոխանցումները կազմել են 288 մլն դրամ։ Որպես եզրակացություն նշենք, որ մի շարք պատճառներով՝ ռուսական տվյալները կարող են չհամապատասխանել Հայաստանի ԿԲ-ի տվյալների հետ։
