Հայկական դրամի նկատմամբ ռուբլու արժեզրկման առումով երկու ռիսկ կա. գյուղատնտեսության նախարար
SOCIETYԵթե արտահանումների զգալի մասը ուղղվում է որևէ երկիր, ապա արտահանումը ռիսկային է դառնում հենց նաև փոխարժեքների տատանումների իմաստով: Այս մասին Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Գյուղատնտեսության նախարար Արթուր Խաչատրյանը` անդրադառնալով հայկական դրամի նկատամամբ ռուբլու արժեզրկման հետևանքով Հայաստանի արտահանողների համար առաջացած խնդիրներին:
Նախարարը հայկական դրամի նկատմամբ ռուբլու արժեզրկման առումով երկու ռիսկ նկատեց: «Առաջինը. մեր արտահանումները դառնում են ավելի ոչ եկամտաբեր, քանի որ ենթադրենք, որ գյուղացին ծիրան կա կամ կեռասը վաճառում էր հարյուր ռուբլով, որը երկու ամիս առաջ 770 դրամ էր կազմում, հիմա դա դառնում է 710-715 դրամ»,-ասաց նա և նշեց, որ երկրորդ խնդիրը վերաբերում է ներկրումներին:
«Այստեղ խնդիրը արտահանման և ներկրման շուկաների դիվերսֆիկացիան է»,-ասաց նա: Ինչ վերաբերում է արտահանողներին գյուղատնտեսության նախարարության աջակցությանը, ապա Արթուր Խաչատրյանն ասաց, որ փորձում են օգնել արտահանողներին, որպեսզի դուրս գան այլ շուկաներ՝ արտաժույթային ռիսկը նվազեցնելու համար:
«Արտահանման դինամիկան ցույց է տալիս, որ մենք այնքան ենք արտահանել, որքան անցած տարվա ընթացքում: Այսօրվա դրությամբ մենք արդեն արտահանել ենք 121 հազար տոննա, իսկ ամբողջ անցած տարի մենք արտահանել ենք 120 հազար տոննա պտուղ-բանջարեղեն: Բողոքներ չկան, արտահանումը բավականին նորմալ է ընթանում»,-ասաց նա և նշեց, որ միայն տեխնիկական խնդիներ եղել են Լարսի հատվածում` ծանրաբեռնվածության պատճառով: Ըստ նրա՝ ամեն դեպքում արտահանումը ներկայումս էլ շահութաբեր է. եթե չլիներ, չէին արտահանի:
Հարցին՝ Կենտրոնական բանկին դիմելու անհրաժեշտություն չե՞ն տեսնում, որպեսզի միջամտություն իրականացնի, Արթուր Խաչատրյանն ասաց, որ Կենտրոնական բանկի հետ որոշակի քննարկումներ ունեցել են, նաև վարչապետի հետ՝ դրամավարկային քաղաքականության և արտահանումների վերաբերյալ, բայց դրանք ԿԲ լիազորություններն են:
«Գյուղատնտեսության նախարարությունը շահագրգռված է, որպեսզի պտուղ-բանջարեղենի և ընդհանրապես գյուղմթերքի արտահանումը շատանա, մենք ինչ-որ ձև աջակցում ենք արտահանողներին, որպեսզի արտահանման աշխարհագրությունը նույնպես մեծանա»,-ասաց նա:
