Գառնի համայնքում տեղի ունեցած միջադեպի առթիվ քրեական գործ է հարուցվել
SOCIETYՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Աբովյանի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ հոր և որդու դանակահարության դեպքի առթիվ. պարզվել են դեպքի՝ էական նշանակություն ունեցող մի շարք հանգամանքներ:
Ինչպես հաղորդում են ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեից, 2018թ. օգոստոսի 18-ին հաղորդում է ստացվել առ այն, որ «Սուրբ Գրիգոր Լուսավորիչ ԲԿ» ՓԲ ընկերություն բուժօգնության են դիմել քաղաքացի Ա.Աբելյանը` «աջ ազդրի վերին երրորդականի կտրած-ծակած վերք՝ միջին խումբ մկանների և մակերեսային ազդրային զարկերակի վնասումով» ախտորոշմամբ, և նրա որդին` Մ.Աբելյանը` «որովայնի կտրած ծակած թափանցող վերք» ախտորոշմամբ:
Իրականացված անհետաձգելի քննչական և օպերատիվ-որոնողական միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել են դեպքի մի շարք հանգամանքներ, այդ թվում՝ դեպքի վայրը, դրդապատճառը, տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնության վերաբերյալ:
Նախնական քննությամբ փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել, որ հայր և որդի Աբելյանները մարմնական վնասվածքներն ստացել են Գառնի համայնքի Գեղարդի խճուղու տներից մեկի հարակից տարածքում տեղի ունեցած վիճաբանության ժամանակ՝ դանակի գործադրմամբ:
Նշանակվել են դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություններ, կատարվել խուզարկություններ:
Հանձնարարություններ են տրվել ոստիկանության համապատասխան բաժնին ակտիվ միջոցառումներ ձեռնարկել՝ ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձին հայտնաբերելու և վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին ներկայացնելու ուղղությամբ:
