Շրջակա միջավայրին հասցվել է ավելի քան 284 միլիոն դրամի վնաս
SOCIETYՀայաստանի Հանրապետության բնապահպանության և ընդերքի տեսչական մարմնի կողմից 2018թ. հուլիսի ընթացքում իրականացված ստուգումների, շրջայցերի, վարչական վարույթների ընթացքում, ինչպես նաև հաշվետվությունների ընդունման գործընթացում հայտնաբերված խախտումներով արձանագրված թվով 95 իրավախախտման դեպքով հաշվարկվել է 160.001.788 ՀՀ դրամի շրջակա միջավայրին հասցված վնաս, 48 դեպքով նշանակվել է 3.900.000 ՀՀ դրամի վարչական տուգանք: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին Բնապահպանության և ընդերքի տեսչական մարմնի իրազեկման, խորհրդատվության և հանրության հետ տարվող աշխատանքների բաժնից, իրականացված 3 ստուգման արդյունքում հաշվարկվել է 124.200.500 ՀՀ դրամի շրջակա միջավայրին հասցված վնաս:
Բուսական աշխարհի պահպանության ոլորտ
Արձանագրվել է իրավախախտման 32 դեպք, հաշվարկվել է 156.501.140 ՀՀ դրամի շրջակա միջավայրին հասցված վնաս, 15 դեպքով նշանակվել է 900.000 ՀՀ դրամի վարչական տուգանք։
Իրականացված ստուգումներ՝
- «Հայանտառ» ՊՈԱԿ «Հրազդանի անտառտնտեսություն» մասնաճյուղում, ստուգման ընթացքում, հայտնաբերվել և արձանագրվել է ապօրինի հատված 44 ծառի կոճղ, հաշվարկվել է 755.750 ՀՀ դրամի շրջակա միջավայրին հասցված վնաս։
- «Հայանտառ» ՊՈԱԿ «Իջևանի անտառտնտեսություն» մասնաճյուղում, ստուգման ընթացքում, հայտնաբերվել և արձանագրվել է 231 հատ ապօրինի հատված ծառի կոճղ, հաշվարկվել է 34.671.000 ՀՀ դրամի շրջակա միջավայրին հասցված վնաս։
- «Հայանտառ» ՊՈԱԿ «Ստեփանավանի անտառտնտեսություն» մասնաճյուղում, ստուգման ընթացքում, հայտնաբերվել և արձանագրվել է 1301 հատ ապօրինի հատված ծառի կոճղ, հաշվարկվել է 88.773.750 ՀՀ դրամի շրջակա միջավայրին հասցված վնաս։
Փայտանյութի ապօրինի տեղափոխում
Արձանագրվել է իրավախախտման 51 դեպք, հաշվարկվել է 2.275.940 ՀՀ դրամի շրջակա միջավայրին հասցված վնաս, 22 դեպքով նշանակվել է 2.200.000 ՀՀ դրամի վարչական տուգանք։
Կենդանական աշխարհի պահպանության ոլորտ
Արձանագրվել է ապօրինի որսի 1 դեպք, հաշվարկվել է 68.000 ՀՀ դրամի շրջակա միջավայրին հասցված վնաս։
Ընդերքի պահպանության ոլորտ
Կազմվել է վարչական տուգանքի 1 որոշում` 100.000 ՀՀ դրամի չափով։
Հողերի պահպանության ոլորտ
Կազմվել է վարչական տուգանքի 2 որոշում` 100.000 ՀՀ դրամի չափով։
Մթնոլորտի պահպանության ոլորտ
Կազմվել է վարչական տուգանքի 3 որոշում` 250.000 ՀՀ դրամի չափով, հաշվարկվել է 1.156.708 ՀՀ դրամի շրջակա միջավայրին հասցված վնաս։
Էկոփորձաքննություն
Կազմվել է վարչական տուգանքի 1 որոշում` 100.000 ՀՀ դրամի չափով։
Բնապահպանական և բնօգտագործման վճարների եռամսյակային հաշվետվությունները սահմանված ժամկետում չներկայացնելու համար
Կայացվել է վարչական տուգանքի 4 որոշում՝ 250.000 ՀՀ դրամի չափով։
Նշված ժամանակահատվածում ՀՀ պետական բյուջե մուտքագրվել է 4.808.659 ՀՀ դրամ:
