Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի անվան հետ կապվող զենքերը կապ չունեն Մարտի 1-ի հետ
SOCIETYPOLITIK.AM լրատվականը գրում է.
Երեկ հայտնի դարձավ, որ նախկին վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի վարորդի եղբորը՝ Ամբիկ Գեւորգյանին, մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել: Այս մասին լրատվականներին տեղեկացրել էր Հատուկ քննչական ծառայության մամուլի ծառայությունը:
Ամբիկ Գեւորգյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել Քրեական օրենսգրքի 235-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով նախատեսված հանրորեն վտանգավոր արարքի կատարման համար: Նրա նկատմամբ խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել ստորագրություն չհեռանալու մասին:
Հետաքրքիր է, որ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի և նրա մտերիմների տները խուզարկելուց հետո, ԱԱԾ-ն իր հայտնի տեսանյութով և ՀՔԾ պետը` հայտարարեցին, որ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի վարորդի եղբորը պատկանող տարածքում գտնված զենքերը կարող են կապ ունենալ 2008 թվականի մարտի 1-ի իրադարձությունների հետ: ՀՔԾ պետը նաև հայտարարեց, որ զենքերը տարվել են փորձաքննության և շուտով ամեն բան պարզ կլինի:
ՀՔԾ երեկվա տարածած հաղորդագրությունից լրիվ այլ բան կարելի է հասկանալ: Նախ փորձենք հասկանալ, թե ինչ է ասում ՀՀ Քր. օրենսգրքի 235-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասը.«Ապօրինի կերպով զենք, ռազմամթերք, պայթուցիկ նյութեր կամ պայթուցիկ սարքեր ձեռք բերելը, իրացնելը, պահելը, փոխադրելը կամ կրելը» ,-կոչվում է հոդվածը, իսկ այս հոդվածի 2-րդ մասում ասվում է.«Սույն հոդվածի առաջին մասով նախատեսված արարքները, որոնք կատարվել են մի խումբ անձանց կողմից նախնական համաձայնությամբ՝ պատժվում են ազատազրկմամբ՝ երկուսից վեց տարի ժամկետով»:
Առաջադրված մեղադրանքից ստացվում է, որ գտնված զենքերը եղել են ապօրինի, բայց դրանք որևէ տեղ չեն գործածվել: Ստացվում է, որ զենքերը մարտի 1-ի գործի հետ չեն կարող կապ ունենալ, բայց ՀՔԾ-ն համեստաբար լռում է այս փաստի մասին, որպեսզի ԱԱԾ կողմից տարածված շոու տեսանյութի էֆեկտը չկորի: Ի վերջո հետո ով պետք է հետաքրքրվի այս գործով ու հանրության մի մեծ զանգված վստահ կլինի, որ գտնված զենքերը կապ ունեն 2008 թվականի մարտի 1-ի գործերի հետ:
