Ճապոնիայի կառավարությունը 2019-ի փետրվարից Հայաստանին տրամադրելու է 40 միավոր հրշեջ-փրկարարական ավտոմեքենա
SOCIETYՃապոնիայի միջազգային համագործակցության գործակալության հետ «Հրշեջ գույքի բարելավում» ծրագրի շրջանակներում Ճապոնիայի կառավարությունից 2019 թվականի փետրվարից Հայաստանին տրամադրվելու է 40 միավոր հրշեջ-փրկարարական ավտոմեքենա: Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում հայտնեց ՀՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարար Հրաչյա Ռոստոմյանը: Նրա խոսքով` այդ մեքենաները բաժանվելու են նաև մարզային փրկարարական վարչություններին:
« Դա թույլ կտա ավելի օպերատիվ իրականացնել մեր գործառույթները: Այս ծրագրով մենք երեք մարզ կարդիականացնենք տեխնիկայով»,- ասաց Ռոստոմյանը:
Նախարարը նշեց, որ այս տարվա հունիսին ՌԴ քաղաքացիական, պաշտպանության, արտակարգ իրավիճակների և տարերային աղետների հետևանքների վերացման հարցերով նախարարության հրավերով մեկնել է Մոսկվա, որտեղ ՌԴ նախարարի հետ առանձնազրույցի ժամանակ որոշում է կայացվել շարունակել երկկողմ համագործակցությունը և աշխատանք տանել նոր ծրագրեր ներդնելու ուղղությամբ:
«Մեր համակարգի նյութատեխնիկական բազան վերազինելու նպատակով այս տարի մենք կունենանք 10 միլիոն դոլարի աջակցություն գույքային տեսքով»,- ասաց Ռոստոմյանը:
Արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարությունը ներկայումս նախապատրաստվում է նոր կառուցվածքային փոփոխություններ կատարել սահմանադրական փոփոխություններին համապատասխանեցնելու նպատակով:
«Փրկարար ծառայությունում իրականացվել են կառուցվածքային փոփոխություններ, միավորվել են իրենց գործառույթներով կրկնվող ստորաբաժանումները: Օպտիմալացման արդյունքում ծառայությունից ազատվողներ չեն եղել»,- ասաց Ռոստոմյանը:
Ըստ նախարարի ` համակարգում թափուր հաստիքները համալրելու համար առաջնահերթություն է տրվել Ճգնաժամային կառավարման պետական ակադեմիայի շրջանավարտներին:
«Այս պահի դրությամբ մոտ 30 շրջանավարտ արդեն անցել է ծառայության, և սա կրելու է շարունակական բնույթ: Մինչև տարեվերջ նախատեսել ենք մոտ 90 շրջանավարտ, ովքեր կհամալրեն մեր համակարգը»,- եզրափակեց նախարարը:
