Վլադիմիր Գասպարյանի եղբորը մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել սպանության սպառնալիքներ տալու համար

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում քննվող քրեական գործի շրջանակներում ՀՀ նախկին ոստիկանապետի եղբորը` Կարեն Գասպարյանին 17.08.2018թ.-ին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 137-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով նախատեսված հանրորեն վտանգավոր այն արարքի կատարման համար, որ նա սպանության սպառնալիքներ է տվել Ավետիք Սարգսյանին: Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունից, ըստ առաջադրված մեղադրանքի` 2018 թվականի հուլիսի 8-ին՝ ժամը 11:30-ի սահմաններում, Կարեն Գասպարյանի և Կոտայքի մարզի բնակիչ Ավետիք Սարգսյանի միջև վիճաբանություն է տեղի ունեցել Ավետիք Սարգսյանի դստեր կողմից Կարեն Գասպարյանի ավտոմեքենան Վարդավառ տոնի կապակցությամբ ջրելու հարցի շուրջ:
Վիճաբանության շուրջ պարզաբանումներ կատարելու և հաշտվելու պատրվակով նույն օրը Կ. Գասպարյանը Ա. Սարգսյանին հրավիրել է Կոտայք գյուղում գտնվող իր ամառանոց, որտեղ որդու, վերջինիս ընկերների և այլոց ներկայությամբ Ա. Սարգսյանից պահանջել է ծնկաչոք ներողություն խնդրել իրեն հայհոյելու համար, սակայն վերջինս հրաժարվել է կատարել այդ պահանջը: Իրեն հայհոյելու համար Ա. Սարգսյանից վրեժ լուծելու նպատակով Կ. Գասպարյանը իր ավտոմեքենայում գտնվող հրազենով նրան սպանելու սպառնալիքներ է հնչեցրել: Արդյունքում Ա. Սարգսյանը տեղի է տվել Կ. Գասպարյանի նվաստացնող պահանջին և ծնկի գալով ներողություն խնդրել նրանից:
Կ. Գասպարյանի նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել ստորագրություն չհեռանալու մասին: Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է:
Ծանուցում. ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀքրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
