Մոլդովայում քաղաքացիություն կտրամադրեն ներդրումներ կատարելու դիմաց
INTERNATIONAL NEWSՄոլդովայի կառավարությունը հաստատել է ներդրումներ կատարելու դիմաց հանրապետության քաղաքացիություն տրամադրելու մեխանիզմը: Корреспондент-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ այս մասին հայտնել է երկրի էկոնոմիկայի և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարարության մամլո ծառայությունը:
Նախարարության տեղեկացմամբ՝ դա թույլ կտա մինչև 2024 թվականը երկրի տնտեսություն ներգրավել առնվազն 1.3 մլրդ եվրո: Քաղաքացիության տրամադրման նոր ծրագրին կարող են մասնակցել անձինք, որոնք չեն մեղադրվում Միջազգային քրեական դատարանի կողմից, քրեական հետապնդման չեն ենթարկվել Ինտերպոլի կողմից, սպառնալիք չեն ներկայացնում Մոլդովայի անկախությանն ու ազգային անվտանգությանը, հանցավոր գործունեությունից եկամուտ չեն ստացել և մեղավոր չեն ճանաչվել ահաբեկչական հանցագործությունների մեջ:
Մոլդովայի քաղաքացիություն ստանալ ցանկացողը պետք է առնվազն 100 000 եվրո ծավալով անվերադարձ ներդրում կատարի պետական ներդրումային հիմնադրամում կայուն զարգացման համար:
Միևնույն ժամանակ նշվում է, որ կին, ամուսին կամ երեխաներ ունեցող անձը, որը ցանկանում է քաղաքացիություն ստանալ, պետք է առնվազն 250 000 եվրո ծավալով ներդրում կատարի: Այդ դեպքում քաղաքացիություն ստանալու կարող են հավակնել նաև ընտանիքի մյուս անդամները:
Երկրի իշխանությունների այս որոշումը քննադատության է արժանացել երկրի ընդդիմության, ինչպես նաև միջազգային կազմակերպությունների կողմից, այդ թվում՝ Եվրահանձնաժողովի:
