ՔԿՀ-ներում պահվող անձանց համար մատակարարված սննդամթերքում բաղադրության նորմատիվային պահանջները չպահպանելու փաստեր են պարզվել

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության գլխավոր դատախազության պատիժների և հարկադրանքի այլ միջոցների կիրառման օրինականության նկատմամբ հսկողության վարչության կողմից ՀՀ ԱՆ «Նուբարաշեն» ՔԿ հիմնարկում իրականացվել են ստուգումներ, որոնց արդյունքում խախտումներ են հայտնաբերվել ՔԿՀ-ներում պահվող անձանց համար նախատեսված առանձին սննդատեսակների մատակարարման գործընթացում: Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության հանրային կապերի բաժնից, պարզվել է, որ մատակարարված խոշոր չափի՝ 55.120.792 ՀՀ դրամ արժողությամբ ձկան պահածոյի, 5.352.000 ՀՀ դրամ արժողությամբ տոմատի մածուկի, 99.486.900 ՀՀ դրամ արժողությամբ տավարի մսի պահածոյի, 95.100.000 ՀՀ դրամ արժողությամբ խտացված կաթի բաղադրությունները չեն համապատասխանել նորմատիվ փաստաթղթերով սահմանված սննդի չափանիշներին:
Մասնավորապես՝ տոմատի մածուկում կերակրի աղը եղել է 0.33 տոկոս՝ 0.5-ից 0.7 տոկոսի փոխարեն, տավարի մսի պահածոյում մսի և ճարպի զանգվածային մասը եղել է 46.65 տոկոս՝ 56 տոկոսի փոխարեն, ձկան պահածոյում ընդհանուր թթվայնության ցուցանիշը եղել է 0.13 տոկոս՝ 0.3-ից 0.6 տոկոսի փոխարեն, խտացրած կաթի յուղի զանգվածային մասը եղել է 8 տոկոս՝ 8.5 տոկոսի փոխարեն:
Նկատի ունենալով, որ ստուգումների հիման վրա նախապատրաստված նյութերով ձեռք բերված փաստական տվյալներում առերևույթ առկա են խոշոր չափերով ապրանքների սպառողական հատկանիշների կամ որակի վերաբերյալ սպառողներին թյուրիմացության մեջ գցելու հատկանիշներ՝ նշված փաստի առթիվ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 212-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ, որի նախաքննությունն իրականացվում է ՀՀ ՔԿ Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Էրեբունի և Նուբարաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնի կողմից:
Ծանուցում. ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
