Ողբերգական վթարից հետո Կառավարությունը կխստացնի հսկողությունն ուղեւորափոխադրողների նկատմամբ

Տուլայի մոտ հայկական ավտոբուսի ողբերգական վթարից հետո  ՀՀ տանսպորտի եւ կապի նախարարությունը խստացնելու է հսկողությունը ոչ կանոնավոր միջազգային ուղեւորափոխադրումներ իրականացնող ընկերությաննների նկատմամբ: Այս մասին այսօր՝ նոյեմբերի 5-ին, լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց տրանսպորտի ե կապի նախարար Գագիկ Բեգլարյանը, որը ՌԴ ԱԻՆ օդանավի հատուկ չվերթով վթարված ավտոբուսի ուղեւորների հետ ժամանել է Երեւան:

«Նոր օրենքի նախագիծն արդեն պատրաստ է, հաջորդ հինգշաբթի կներկայացվի կառավարությանը, ապա ԱԺ հաստատմանը»,- ասաց Գագիկ Բեգլարյանը:

Լրագրողների հարցին, թե ինչու մինչեւ հիմա չէր մշակվում այս օրենքը, նախարարը պատասխանեց, որ իրենք փորձել են միջազգային ուղեւորափոխադրումների իրականացնողների նկատմամբ առավել լիբերալ քաղաքականություն վարել եւ պատշաճ վերահսկողություն չեն սահմանել:

«Օրենքն ընդունվել է 7-8 տարի առաջ, այն ժամանակ ուղեւորափոխադրողները բաժանվել են երկու տեսակի՝ կանոնավոր եւ ոչ կանոնավոր: Ոչ կանոնավոր ուղեւորափոխադրում կատարողները կարելի է ասել համարյա թե պետության հետ ոչ մի առնչություն չեն ունեցել»,- ասաց Բեգլարյանը:

Նոյեմբերի 3-ի գիշերը Մոսկվայից Երեւան ուղեւորվող ավտոբուսի վթարի հետեւանքով մի քանի տասնյակ մարդ է տուժել։ Յոթ մարդ զոհվել է։ Եվս մեկը մահացել է հիվանդանոցում։

Վթարի հետ կապված քրեական գործ է հարուցվել «ճանապարհային երթեւեկության եւ տրանսպորտային միջոցների շահագործման կանոնների խախտում» հոդվածով։ Համանման քրեական գործ է հարուցված նաեւ Հայաստանում։ Նախնական տվյալների համաձայն վարորդը ղեկի մոտ քնել է։ Վարորդ Գառնիկ Հարությունյանը կալանավորված է։
