Քննչական կոմիտեն ինքնիրավչության մեղադրանք է առաջադրել «Ֆլեշ»-ի նախագահ Բարսեղ Բեգլարյանին
SOCIETYՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևանք քաղաքաի քննչական վարչության Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում ավարտվել է բռնության գործադրմամբ զուգորդված ինքնիրավչության դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը. մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել «Ֆլեշ» ՍՊԸ-ի նախագահ Բարսեղ Բեգլարյանին և «Ֆլեշ» ՍՊԸ-ի բազայի պետ Հ.Հովսեփյանին։ Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեից՝ հավելելով. «Փաստական տվյալների համաձայն՝ Ն.Բեգլարյանին պատկանող «Ֆլեշ Մոտորս» ՍՊ ընկերությունից 2015թ. ընթացքում իրականացվել է առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի գույքի հափշտակություն, որի կատարման մեջ ընկերության սեփականատերն ու հարազատները մեղադրել են «Ֆլեշ Մոտորս» ՍՊ ընկերության նախկին կոմերցիոն տնօրենին և պահանջել վերականգնել ենթադրաբար պատճառված գույքային վնասը։
Բազմակողմանի քննությամբ հիմնավորվել է, որ Ն.Բեգլարյանի հայրը՝ «Ֆլեշ» ՍՊԸ-ի սեփականատեր Բարսեղ Բեգլարյանը, «Ֆլեշ» ՍՊԸ-ի «Քանաքեռ» բազայի պետ Հ.Հովսեփյանի հետ միասին 2016 թվականի մարտի 28-ին՝ ժամը 09:30-ի սահմաններում, «Ֆլեշ Մոտորս» ՍՊ ընկերության կոնֆերանս սրահում ընկերության նախկին կոմերցիոն տնօրենին մեղադրել է յուրացումներ կատարելու մեջ, բռնության գործադրմամբ, ինչպես նաև կյանքի և առողջության համար վտանգավոր բռնություն գործադրելու սպառնալիքով պահանջել որպես վնասի փոխհատուցում անվանափոխել Երևան քաղաքի Ազատության պողոտայում գտնվող վերջինիս բնակարանը կամ վճարել 20.000 ԱՄՆ դոլար: Արդյունքում՝ նախկին կոմերցիոն տնօրենը, Բ.Բեգլարյանի ուղղորդմամբ, իր սեփականություն հանդիսացող բնակարանը 2016 թվականի ապրիլի 25-ին գրավադրել է բանկում, իսկ գրավի 9.700.000 ՀՀ դրամը փոխանցել ընկերությանը:
Ձեռք բերված ապացույցների հիման վրա՝ «Ֆլեշ» ՍՊԸ-ի նախագահ Բարսեղ Բեգլարյանին և «Ֆլեշ» ՍՊԸ-ի «Քանաքեռ» բազայի պետ Հ.Հովսեփյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 322-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով: Վերջիններիս նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել ստորագրություն՝ չհեռանալու մասին:
2018թ. օգոստոսի 24-ին հայտարարվել է քրեական գործի նախաքննության ավարտի մասին, և նյութերը տրամադրվել են կողմերին՝ ծանոթանալու համար:
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով»:
