ՀՀ մշակույթի նախարար Լիլիթ Մակունցը Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց, որ քայլեր են ձեռնարկվել կինոյի ոլորտում փոփոխություններ իրականացնելու ուղղությամբ:
«Կինոյի, թանգարանների, թատրոնների օրենքների հետ կապված բուռն քննարկումներ են տեղի ունենում, հաջողվել է ձևավորվել աշխատանքային խմբեր, որոնք քննարկում են հենց այդ ոլորտներին առնչվող օրենքի նախագծերը»,-ասաց նա:
Նա նշեց, որ, մասնավորապես, կինոյի ոլորտում կան արդեն պատրաստի փաթեթներ, բայց լրացուցիչ դիմել են միջազգային փորձագետների, որոնք ներգրավվելու են այդ գործընթացում: Նախարարը հույս հայտնեց, որ մինչև տարվա վերջ ունենալու և Ազգային ժողով են ներկայացնելու կինոյի մասին օրենք:
«Բոլոր ոլորտներում կան խնդրահարույց հարցեր, այս պահին մեծ խնդիրներ է առաջացնում այդ օրենքների բացակայությունը, հուշարձանների և պատմամշակութային արժեքների պահպանության հարցերը»,-ասաց նա:
Անդրադառնալով իր անձի վերաբերյալ հնչող կարծիքներին՝ նախարարը նշեց, որ կենտրոնանում է այն աշխատանքների վրա, որոնք պետք է իրականացնեն` հիմնվելով հանրային քննարկումների և ոլորտում առկա խնդիրների վրա:
«Այսինքն՝ մշակութային գործիչների, մասնագետների հետ շփվելով՝ փորձում ենք իրենց իսկ առաջադրած խնդիրներին լուծումներ տալ` հանրային քննարկումների միջոցով, և ես չեմ կենտրոնանում, թե առանձին անհատներ, գործիչներ ինչպես են ինձ վերաբերում, քանի որ դա բավականին շեղող է և չի թողնում կենտրոնանալ աշխատանքի վրա»,-ասաց նա:
Լիլիթ Մակունցը նշեց, որ իր համար չափազանց կարևոր է ունենալ կառուցողական և բարիդրացիական աշխատանքային մթնոլորտ, որովհետև կարծում է, որ դրանից է կախված արդյունավետ աշխատանքը: Ըստ նրա` տարիներ շարունակ շատ ոլորտներում չի ձևավորվել մշակութային քաղաքականություն, և իրենք արդեն որոշակի կողմնորոշիչ ուղղություններ սահմանել են իրենց ռազմավարությունը և քաղաքականությունը:
Ինչ վերաբերում է կոչումներին, նա ասաց, որ դրա վերաբերյալ, իր կարծիքով, կառավարությունն ընդհանուր մոտեցում պետք է մշակի, քանի որ դրանք ոչ միայն առնչվում են մշակույթի ոլորտին, այլ նաև սպորտին և մյուս ոլորտներին: «Իմ կարծիքով` մենք ավելի խիստ մոտեցում պետք է ունենանք կոչումների տրամադրման հարցում, որ չարժեզրկենք այդ ինստիտուտը»,-ասաց նա:
