Ինչպես հայտնում է shamshyan.com–ը, ժամը 19:00-ի սահմաններում ոստիկանության Մարտունու բաժին ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ Մարտունի քաղաքի Պռոշյան 6-րդ շենքի 29 բնակարանի բնակիչը չի արձագանքում դռան և հեռախոսազանգերին:
Նշված տեղեկությունը փոխանցվել է նաև Արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության փրկարար-ծառայության Մարտունու թիվ 33 հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատ:
Մինչ փրկարարները կժամանեին, ոստիկանության Մարտունու բաժնի ծառայողները՝ բաժնի պետ Արման Մելքոնյանի գլխավորությամբ, բացել են նշված բնակարանի դուռը, որտեղ ննջասենյակից դեպի լոգարան տանող հատվածում հայտնաբերել են տանտիրոջ՝ 38-ամյա Նաիրի Մովսեսյանի՝ երկաթե խողովակից կախված դին:

Ն. Մովսեսյանը աշխատում էր Մարտունու թիվ 2 հիմնական դպրոցում՝ որպես տնօրեն, խնամքին ուներ 2 անչափահաս երեխա. տղա և աղջիկ:
