«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Քաղաքականության մեջ ինչպես քննադատության, այնպես էլ դրվատանքի թեմաները, թիրախներն ու բովանդակությունը ամենատարբեր ձևաչափերի մեջ կարող են լինել։ Սակայն նշվածներից ցանկացածի պարագայում առաջնային է ողջամտությունը։ Ցավոք, վերջին շրջանում մենք հաճախ ականատես ենք լինում երևույթների, որտեղ ոչ միայն ողջամտության, այլև բանականության նշույլներ անգամ չկան։ Նշվածներից հերթականը Մերկել– Փաշինյան երեկոյան զբոսանքից հետո հնչող այն կարծիքներն էին, թե Փաշինյանը ցույց էր տալիս Քոչարյանի սարքած Հյուսիսային պողոտան։
Իհարկե, եթե ամեն ինչ մնար կատակի սահմաններում, գուցե հարկ չլիներ ընդհանրապես անդրադառնալ, չնայած անգամ կատակները արտահայտում են բուն մտայնություններ։ Այդ մտայնությունները, մեղմ ասած, տխրեցնող են։ Նախ՝ ինչ է նշանակում Քոչարյանի, Սարգսյանի կամ Տեր–Պետրոսյանի սարքած։ Ավելի աբսուրդ արտահայտություն դժվար է պատկերացնել, որովհետև եթե ինչ–որ բան կառուցվել է ինչ–որ ժամանակաշրջանում, դա դեռ չի նշանակում, թե այդ ժամանակաշրջանի ղեկավարն է կառուցել և կառուցածն էլ նրա սեփականությունն է։ Պատկերացնո՞ւմ եք, եթե Հայաստանում կառուցված շինությունները, համալիրները, ճանապարհներն ու ընդհանրապես ամեն ինչը պիտակավորենք սրա կամ նրա սարքած։ Փաստորեն, այս դեպքում կարող ենք ասել՝ «Մերկելը (կամ ցանկացած մեկը) այցելեց Կարեն Դեմիրճյանի սարքած Մարզահամերգային համալիր, ապա նույն Դեմիրճյանի սարքած Ծիծեռնակաբերդ, այնուհետև ծանոթացավ Անտոն Քոչինյանի սարքած այսինչին, հետո անցավ Վանո Սիրադեղյանի ասֆալտապատած Մոսկովյան փողոցով և երեկոյան զբոսնեց Քոչարյանի սարքած Հյուսիսային պողոտայում»։
Կարծում ենք՝ բոլորն էլ կհամաձայնեն, որ առնվազն տաֆտալոգիա են նման արտահայտությունները, իսկ տաֆտալոգիաները առնվազն չեն կարող քաղաքական քննադատություն կամ գովեստ լինել։ Ի վերջո, անկախ ղեկավարների անձից, երկրի կյանքը շարունակական գործընթաց է, ինչ–որ հատվածում արագ, ինչ–որ հատվածում դանդաղ՝ երկրում միշտ ինչ–որ բան կառուցվում է և քանդվում՝ ճանապարհ, փողոց, թաղամաս, երբեմն էլ՝ ամբողջական քաղաք։ Այս գործընթացների անձնավորումը պարզապես ցույց է տալիս, որ շատերը(ս) դեռ չենք կարողանում ընկալել, թե ինչ ասել է պետություն, ինչ ասել է պետական մտածողություն և աշխարհայացք։
