«Չորրորդ իշխանություն» թերթը գրում է. «ՉԻ» տեղեկություններով՝ երեկ Սուրեն Խաչատրյանն իր մոտ է կանչել մարզի Կապան քաղաքի տեղական իշխանություններին՝ նրանց հորդորելով քաղաքում ակտիվորեն սկսել «այո»-ի քարոզչական աշխատանքները: Խաչատրյանը հրահանգել է «չոր-չոր» քարոզչություն չանել, այլ քաղաքացիների առավել խոցելի սոցիալական խմբերին ծառայություններ մատուցել:
«Ով որեւէ խնդրով կամ հարցով կդիմի ձեզ՝ բավարարեք նրա պահանջը, եթե չեք կարողանա՝ ինձ տեղյակ պահեք»,-ասել է մարզպետը:
Հանդիպմանը մասնակցել են նաեւ քաղաքի ուսումնական հաստատությունների ղեկավարներն ու կոլեկտիվները: Նրանց եւս հրահանգվել է ակտիվորեն քարոզել «այո»-ի օգտին: Կրթական հաստատությունների ղեկավարների հասցեին մարզպետը սպառնալիքներ չի հնչեցրել, փոխարենը «ջանով-ղուրբանով» հորդորել է լծվել ակտիվ աշխատանքի:
Սյունիքից մեզ հայտնեիցն, որ առաջիկա օրերին մարզպետը նախատեսում է նմանատիպ հանդիպումներ մարզի մյուս քաղաքների ներկայացուցիչների հետ եւս»:
