«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Այսօր Շիրակի պետական համալսարանում տեղի է ունենալու հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի նիստ: Ի թիվս այլ հարցերի, ՇՊՀ հիմնադրամի ռեկտորի ընտրության կանոնակարգի փոփոխությունների առաջարկներն են քննարկվելու և հաստատվելու: 

Խոսակցություններ կան, որ ՇՊՀ ռեկտորի թափուր պաշտոնի համար պայքարելու է նաև ՄԻԱԿ անդամ, նախկին ԱԺ պատգամավոր Նաիրա Կարապետյանի մայրը՝ Թամարա Մելիքյանը, ով ընդամենը մի քանի տարի առաջ է Գյումրիի մանկավարժական համալսարանի օտար լեզուների ֆակուլտետի դեկանի պաշտոնում ընտրվել: 

Համալսարանի դասախոս Գագիկ Համբարյանը, ով անկախ ամեն ինչից չի պատրաստվում մասնակցել այդ ընտրություններին, «Փաստի» հետ զրույցում նշեց, որ իր համար ռեկտորի նախընտրելի թեկնածուն Հովհաննես Խորիկյանն է, իսկ թե ուրիշ ինչ թեկնածուներ կարող են լինել, այս պահին չգիտի:

«Որքանով ես նկատում եմ, Սահակ Մինասյանի թիմը ինստիտուտում շատ ակտիվ գործունեություն է ծավալում: Այդկերպ պարոն Մինասյանը տարբեր մարդկանց դեմքով փորձում է մասնակցել ընտրություններին: Բայց ամենակարևորն այն է, որ ռեկտորի պաշտոնում այնպիսի անձնավորություն ընտրվի, ով նախկին ռեկտորից անկախ կլինի: Ես կարծում եմ, որ պետք է կանխվի նրա մարդկանց ընտրվելը, քանի որ նրանք ամեն ինչ անելու են նախկին ռեկտորի գործած անօրինականությունները և ենթադրյալ հանցագործությունները կոծկելու համար»,– ասաց Գ. Մինասյանը:

Նա նաև հավելեց, որ Թ. Մելիքյանի հնարավոր առաջադրվել–չառաջադրվելու մասին ինքը որևէ տեղեկություն չունի, բայց որ նա Մինասյանի ամենամտերիմն է, դրա մասին գիտեն բոլորը:

«Որոշ ժամանակ անց պարզ կդառնա, թե ով ինչ ցանկություններ ունի, բայց ես մտավախություն ունեմ, որ Ս. Մինասյանը կարող է ռեինկարնացվել այլ անձի դեմքով, քանի որ նա տարբեր ուղղություններով աշխատում է և բազմաթիվ մոդելներ են մշակում իշխանությունն իրենց ձեռքում պահելու համար»,– ասաց Գ. Համբարյանը
