ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Աբովյանի քննչական բաժնում քննվող քրեական գործով շարունակվում են ձեռնարկվել մեծածավալ քննչական գործողություններ՝ Ձորաղբյուրում տեղի ունեցած ավազակային հարձակման դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ։

Ավելի վաղ տեղեկացրել ենք, որ 2018 թվականի օգոստոսի 28-ին՝ ժամը 22:00-ի սահմաններում, ՀՀ Կոտայքի մարզի Ձորաղբյուր գյուղում գտնվող՝ ՀՀ վճռաբեկ դատարանի նախկին նախագահ Արման Մկրտումյանի առանձնատան տարածք են մուտք գործել դիմակավորված ու զինված 3 անձ։ Հայր և որդի Մկրտումյանների ցուցաբերած դիմադրության արդյունքում ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձանցից մեկը վնասազերծվել է, մյուս երկուսը, ինքնաձիգից անկանոն կրակոցներ արձակելով, դիմել են փախուստի։

Քննչական կոմիտեից հայտնում են, որ դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Աբովյանի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 175-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին, 3-րդ և 4-րդ կետերով, ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 235-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով։

Վնասազերծված անձը, ով Շիրակի մարզի բնակիչ է, ձերբակալվել է։ Դեպքի վայրի զննությամբ հայտնաբերվել և առգրավվել են պարկուճներ, մեկ ինքնաձիգ՝ լիցքավորված փամփուշտներով։

Նախնական տվյալներով՝ նշված ինքնաձիգը եղել է վնասազերծված՝ ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի մոտ։

Միջադեպի հետևանքով վնասվածք է ստացել Ա.Մկրտումյանը. վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին տրամադրված բժշկական տեղեկանքի համաձայն՝ նրա մոտ ախտորոշվել է «ձախ գոտկային շրջանի ձախ նստատեղի հրազենային միջանցիկ, ձախ նստատեղի ստորին երրորդականի հրազենային շոշափող վնասվածք»։ Արման Մկրտումյանը ճանաչվել է տուժող։

Մշակվել է քննչական պլան, և ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ գործողությունները՝ դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները պարզելու, կատարված առերևույթ ավազակային հարձակմանը մասնակցություն ունեցած մյուս անձանց հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ։ Առգրավվել են տուժողի տան տարածքում գործող անվտանգության տեսախցիկների տեսագրությունները։

Զինված անձանց շարժը, երթուղին պարզելու նպատակով հանձնարարություն է տրվել ոստիկանության համապատասխան ստորաբաժանումներին՝ պարզել դեպքի վայրին հարակից վայրերում տեսանկարահանող սարքերի առկայությունը և տեսագրությունները տրամադրել վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին։ Օրենքով սահմանված կարգով կատարվել են խուզարկություններ։

Քրեական գործով ձեռնարկված անհետաձգելի քննչական և օպերատիվ-որոնողական միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել են էական նշանակություն ունեցող մի շարք հանգամանքներ, որոնք, քննության շահերից ելնելով, նախաքննության այս փուլում հրապարակման ենթակա չեն։
