Իսրայելի Գլխավոր դատախազությունը հայտարարել է, որ պատրաստվում է դատավարության ժամանակ վկայություն ներկայացնել, որ անօդաչուներ պատրաստող իսրայելական Aeronautics Defense Systems ընկերության աշխատակիցներն անցյալ տարի Ադրբեջանում իրենց անօդաչուները փորձարկելու ժամանակ մտադրված են եղել հարվածել հայկական դիրքերին Արցախում: 

Այս մասին տեղեկացնում է The Times of Israel-ը՝ նշելով, որ դատարանում որպես մեղադրյալներ հանդես կգան ընկերության գլխավոր տնօրեն Ամոս Մաթանը, նրա տեղակալ Մեիր Ռիզմովիչը, զարգացման հարցով տնօրեն Հայիմ Հիվաշարը և մարքեթինգի հարցով տնօրեն Դեյվիդ Գոլդինը:  

Ինչպես հաղորդվում է, օգոստոսի 29-ի արված այս հայտարարությունը հաջորդել է Իսրայելի ոստիկանության Միջազգային հանցագործությունների հետաքննության բաժնի, պաշտպանության նախարարության հետաքննության բաժնի և դատախազության՝ մոտ մեկ տարի տևած համատեղ հետաքննությանը:

 

 

 

 



Հայտարարության մեջ ասվում է, որ մեղադրյալները կասկածվում են խարդախության, ինչպես նաև պաշտպանական սարքավորումների արտահանման վերահսկման մասին օրենքի այլ խախտումների մեջ:  

Հիշեցնենք, որ 2017-ի աշնանը Ադրբեջանի ԶՈւ ներկայացուցիչները նոր իսրայելական անօդաչուների գործարկման հնարավորությունը դիտարկելիս երկիր ժամանած մասնագետներին խնդրել են ցուցադրել Orbiter 1K կամիկաձե-անօդաչուի հնարավորությունները: Այդ նպատակն իրականացնելու համար անօդաչուն կառավարող օպերատորներին առաջարկել են հարվածել երկու երկրի սահմանին գտնվող հայ զինծառայողների դիրքերի ուղղությամբ: Նշվում է, որ իսրայելացի օպերատորները հրաժարվել են, սակայն Aeronautics Defense Systems-ի ղեկավարներն իրենք են հարված հասցրել: Նպատակակետին նրանք չեն դիպել, սակայն անօդաչուներից մեկն ընկել էր ՀՀ զորքերի դիրքերից 100 մետր հեռավորությամբ:
