«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Հայկական հեռուստաթատրոնի ամենասիրված ներկայացումներից «Տաքսի– տաքսի»–ում Կարպ Խաչվանքյանի մարմնավորած հերոսը տեսարաններից մեկում ասում է. «Հարգելիս, մեր անկարգությունը գալիս է Ձեր անկարգությունից»: Հումորի տեսանկյունից այս դիպուկ արտահայտությունը, սակայն, հակացուցված է քաղաքականությանն ու քաղաքական գործիչներին: Ցավոք, մենք հաճախ ենք հանդիպում նման իրավիճակների ընդդիմության և իշխանության բանավեճերում:
Բովանդակային առումով հենց նշված արտահայտության չափումների մեջ են տեղավորվում այն դեպքերը, երբ նոր իշխանությունները հին իշխանության մեղադրանքներին պատասխանելիս ոչ թե բովանդակությանն են անդրադառնում, այլ խոսում են նախկինների բացթողումներից: Նույն այս տրամաբանությամբ, երբ նախկինները քննադատում ու մեղադրում են նորերին, պարզապես մոռանում են, որ հենց իրենք են բազմաթիվ արատավոր երևույթների հիմնադիրն ու զարգացնողը:
Այստեղ, սակայն, ամենակարևորը այս ոչինչ չտվող բանավեճերը չեն, այլ կառուցողականության պակասը, որն այդպես էլ չի լրացվում: Ի վերջո, գաղտնիք չէ՝ որևէ երկրում որևէ կառավարություն ապահովագրված չէ սխալներից, որևէ կառավարություն կատարյալ չի կարող լինել և, վերջապես, որևէ կառավարություն՝ անգամ հեղափոխական կառավարությունը, չի կարող սիրելի ու ընդունելի լինել ամբողջ հասարակության համար: Սա նորմալ է, սա տրամաբանական է:
Սակայն այս ամենը դեռ չի նշանակում, որ մերօրյա Հայաստանում կառավարությունն ու ընդդիմությունը պետք է ունենան միայն սեփական ու միմյանց հետ որևէ աղերս չունեցող օրակարգեր: Մեծ հաշվով այդպես էր նախկինում, երբ իշխանությունը պարզապես խուլ էր և՛ հանրային դժգոհության, և՛ ընդդիմության ձայնի առաջ: Իր հերթին, այսօր արդեն ընդդիմության պատմուճան հագած նախկինները լավ հնարավորություն ունեն հասկանալ, թե ինչ է նշանակում լինել ընդդիմություն, ինչ է նշանակում քննադատություն, սակայն, ցավոք, այս ասպարեզում էլ տեսնում ենք միտումներ, որոնք տանում են ներկաներին սևացնելուն և նախկին սխալները չընդունելուն: Իսկ սեփական սխալները չընդունող ցանկացած քաղաքական ուժ՝ լինի ընդդիմություն, թե իշխանություն, դատապարտված է մեկուսանալու և ապա տապալվելու: Ուստի և՛ ներկաները, և՛ նախկինները պետք է կարողանան նայել սեփական ու միմյանց սխալներին, ոչ թե քննադատության գործիք դարձնելու, այլ դրանք բացառելու տեսանկյունից:
