SOCIETYՈստիկանության կազմակերպված հանցավորության դեմ պայքարի գլխավոր վարչության կոռուպցիայի և տնտեսական գործունեության դեմ ուղղված հանցագործությունների հակազդման վարչության ծառայողները հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում տեղեկություններ են ձեռք բերել, որ Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Ակունք համայնքի ղեկավարը չարաշահումներ է թույլ տվել։
Գեղարքունիքի ոստիկանների հետ համատեղ շարունակված միջոցառումներով գլխավոր վարչության ծառայողները, ինչպես հայտնում են ՀՀ ոստիկանությունից, պարզել են հետևյալը։
Նախնական տվյալներով՝ Արծրուն Ղարիբյանը պաշտոնավարման տարիներին, անձնական շահագրգռվածությունից ելնելով, 2008-2017 թվականների ընթացքում իր մտերիմներից հինգ հոգու համայնքապետարանում աշխատանքի է ընդունել։ Նրանք փաստացի աշխատանքի չեն հաճախել, ստացել են իրենց անվամբ դուրս գրված աշխատավարձերը։ Ապօրինության հետևանքով պետությանը պատճառվել է առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի՝ 22․297․000 դրամ վնաս։
