Ոստիկանության մի շարք ստորաբաժանումների ծառայողների ձեռնարկած համատեղ օպերատիվ-հետախուզական ծավալուն միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է օգոստոսի 28-ին Կոտայքի մարզի Ձորաղբյուր գյուղում զինված ավազակային հարձակումը կատարելու մեջ կասկածվող 2 անձանց ինքնությունը։ Ստացված տվյալները իրացնելով, օգոստոսի 31-ին Արարատի մարզի Մարմարաշեն գյուղում ոստիկանները հայտնաբերել և բերման են ենթարկել նույն գյուղի բնակիչ 1985 թվականին ծնված Մայիս Մկրտչյանին, որը ծառայում էր ՀՀ ոստիկանությունում, կոչումով՝ ավագ։ Հետագա միջոցառումներով իրավապահները Մարմարաշեն գյուղի հարակից դաշտում հայտնաբերել են «Կալաշնիկով» ինքնաձիգ և «Մակարով» ատրճանակ, որոնք, նախնական տվյալներով, հանցագործության գործիքներն են։
Մյուս անձին հայտնաբերելու և քննությանը ներկայացնելու ուղղությամբ ոստիկանները շարունակում են ձեռնարկել ծավալուն միջոցառումներ։ Այսօր հայտնաբերվել և ոստիկանություն բերման են ենթարկվել այլ անձինք ևս, որոնց դեպքի հետ առնչությունը պարզվում է։
Հիշեցնենք որ, օգոստոսի 28-ին ավազակային հարձակում էր տեղի ունեցել Կոտայքի մարզում։ Ժամը 22-ի սահմաններում դիմակավորված և զինված երեք հոգի ներխուժել են Ձորաղբյուր գյուղի Բանակի փողոցում գտնվող առանձնատներից մեկը։ 30-ամյա տանտերը հոր հետ դիմադրություն է ցույց տվել․ գազային ատրճանակով կրակել է հարձակվողներից մեկի ուղղությամբ, որը զինված էր ինքնաձիգով։ Հայր և որդի նրան վնասազերծել են։ Ընթացքում հարձակվողներից երկուսը անկանոն կրակոցներ են արձակել ու փախել։
Դեպքի վայր մեկնած ոստիկանության տարբեր ստորաբաժանումների ծառայողները, քննչական կոմիտեի աշխատակիցներն ու այլ իրավապահ մարմինների ներկայացուցիչներ առանձնատան բակում հայտնաբերել են 7.62մմ տրամաչափի 16 փամփուշտ, նաև սպորտային պայուսակ, որի մեջ եղել է լինգ ու կպչուն ժապավեն։ Գործարանային համարով «Կալաշնիկով» ինքնաձիգը եղել է վնասազերծված տղամարդու մոտ։ Խոսքը Գյումրիի բնակիչ, 42-ամյա Հովհաննես Ռիժենկոյի մասին է, որը ձերբակալվել էր։ Հարուցվել էր քրեական գործ։ Նշանակվել են փորձաքննություններ։
Ավելի վաղ տեղեկացրել ենք, որ 2018 թվականի օգոստոսի 28-ին՝ ժամը 22:00-ի սահմաններում, ՀՀ Կոտայքի մարզի Ձորաղբյուր գյուղում գտնվող՝ ՀՀ վճռաբեկ դատարանի նախկին նախագահ Արման Մկրտումյանի առանձնատան տարածք են մուտք գործել դիմակավորված ու զինված 3 անձ։ Հայր և որդի Մկրտումյանների ցուցաբերած դիմադրության արդյունքում ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձանցից մեկը վնասազերծվել է, մյուս երկուսը, ինքնաձիգից անկանոն կրակոցներ արձակելով, դիմել են փախուստի։
