Կրթության ու գիտության հանդեպ սերը առաջընթացի ու հաջողությունների գրավական է թե՛ անձնական, թե՛ ժողովուրդների ու պետությունների կյանքում, ուժ ու զորություն՝ դժվարություններ հաղթահարելու, նորանոր իրագործումներ արձանագրելու: Մեր երկրի զարգացումը, մեր երազած հայրենիքի կառուցումը հնարավոր է միայն ուսյալ, կրթված սերունդների շնորհիվ, որոնք առ Աստված ապավինությամբ պիտի շարունակեն մեր ժողովրդի կյանքը հարստացնել ու բարեզարդել իրենց հոգու ու մտքի արարումներով, իրենց ստեղծած գիտական, հոգևոր ու մշակութային արժեքներով: Կրթության ու գիտության նվաճումներով, համախումբ ջանքերով կրթական գործին սատարելով հնարավոր պիտի լինի մեր պետության ու ժողովրդի առջև սկիզբ առած վերափոխումների նոր պայմաններում ընթանալ առաջադիմության ու զարգացման անհետադարձ ճանապարհով:

Աղոթում ենք, որ Բարձրյալ Տիրոջ օրհնության ներքո ուսումնական տարին զարդարվի բազում հաջողություններով ու ձեռքբերումներով՝ ի շահ մեր երկրի ու աշխարհասփյուռ մեր ողջ ժողովրդի: Թող Աստված ապավեն լինի կրթական գործի նվիրյալներին ու կրթական հաստատությունների բոլոր սաներին:
