Հայաստանի և Վրաստանի ոստիկանների համագործակցությամբ հայտնաբերվել է Արման Մկրտումյանի տան վրա զինված ավազակային հարձակում գործած երրորդ անձը

ՀՀ ոստիկանության և Վրաստանի ներքին գործերի նախարարության ծառայողների համագործակցության արդյունքում սեպտեմբերի 2-ին Վրաստանում հայտնաբերվել և ձերբակալվել է Գագիկ Դանոյանը։ Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ոստիկանության հասարակայնության հետ կապի և լրատվության վարչությունից:

 49-ամյա Դանոյանը ոստիկանության Կոտայքի բաժնի կողմից հետախուզվում էր ավազակության մեղադրանքով՝ խափանման միջոցը՝ կալանք։ 
Օգոստոսի 28-ին զինված ավազակային հարձակում էր տեղի ունեցել Կոտայքի մարզում։ Ժամը 22-ի սահմաններում դիմակավորված և զինված երեք հոգի ներխուժել էին Ձորաղբյուր գյուղի Բանակի փողոցում գտնվող առանձնատներից մեկը։ 30-ամյա տանտերը հոր հետ դիմադրություն էր ցույց տվել. գազային ատրճանակով կրակել էր հարձակվողներից մեկի ուղղությամբ, որը զինված էր եղել ինքնաձիգով։ Հայր և որդի նրան վնասազերծել էին։ Ընթացքում հարձակվողներից երկուսը անկանոն կրակոցներ էին արձակել ու փախել։ 
Դեպքի վայր մեկնած ոստիկանության տարբեր ստորաբաժանումների ծառայողները, քննչական կոմիտեի աշխատակիցներն ու այլ իրավապահ մարմինների ներկայացուցիչներ առանձնատան բակում հայտնաբերել էին 7.62 մմ տրամաչափի 16 փամփուշտ, նաև մարզական պայուսակ, որի մեջ եղել են լինգ ու կպչուն ժապավեն։ 
վնասազերծված տղամարդու մոտ եղել է գործարանային համարով «Կալաշնիկով» ինքնաձիգ։ Խոսքը Գյումրիի բնակիչ, 42-ամյա Հովհաննես Ռիժենկոյի մասին է, որը ձերբակալվեց, ապա կալանավորվեց։ 
Հարուցվել էր քրեական գործ։ Նշանակվել էին փորձաքննություններ։ 
Ոստիկանության մի շարք ստորաբաժանումների և քննչական կոմիտեի ծառայողների ձեռնարկած օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների և քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվեց զինված ավազակային հարձակումը կատարելու մեջ կասկածվող 2 անձանց ինքնությունը, որոնք, անկանոն կրակոցներ արձակելով, դեպքի վայրից դիմել էին փախուստի։ Ստացված տվյալներն իրացնելով՝ օգոստոսի 31-ին Արարատի մարզի Մարմարաշեն գյուղում ոստիկանները հայտնաբերեցին և բերման ենթարկեցին նույն գյուղի բնակիչ 32-ամյա Մայիս Մկրտչյանին, որը ծառայում էր ՀՀ ոստիկանությունում, կոչումով՝ ավագ։
Հետագա միջոցառումներով իրավապահները Մարմարաշեն գյուղի հարակից դաշտում հայտնաբերեցին նաև «Կալաշնիկով» ինքնաձիգ և «Մակարով» ատրճանակ, որոնք, նախնական տվյալներով, հանցագործության գործիքներն են։ Հրազեններն ուղարկվել են դատաձգաբանական փորձաքննության։ 
Մյուս անձին՝ Գագիկ Դանոյանին, հայտնաբերելու և քննությանը ներկայացնելու ուղղությամբ ոստիկանները շարունակում էին ծավալուն միջոցառումները։ Արդյունքում պարզեցին, որ նա Վրաստանում է։ Հարևան երկրի իրավապահների և Հայաստանի ոստիկանության համագործակցությունն առաջին անգամ չէ, որ արդյունավետ եղավ։  
Այժմ քննարկվում է Գագիկ Դանոյանի Հայաստան արտահանձնման հարցը։
