«Գրէդշին» ընկերությունը յուրացրել է 10․660․000 դրամ. ոստիկանության կոռուպցիոն բացահայտման մեջ կասկածվում է նաև Արագածոտնի նախկին մարզպետը (տեսանյութ)
SOCIETYՕգոստոսի 23-ին ոստիկանության ԿՀԴՊԳ վարչության աշխատակիցները տեղեկություններ էին ստացել, որ 2015թ. Արագածոտնի մարզի Ներքին Բազմաբերդ համայնքի խմելու ջրի՝ շուրջ 30.000.000 դրամ արժեքով ջրագծի կառուցման ընթացքում չարաշահումներ են եղել։
Նյութերի նախապատրաստման ընթացքում ձեռնարկված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումներով պարզվել է, որ 2015թ․ սեպտեմբերի 19-ին Արագածոտնի մարզպետարանի և «Գրէդշին» ՍՊ ընկերության միջև կնքվել է 29․100․000 դրամի շինարարական աշխատանքներ կատարելու վերաբերյալ պայմանագիր։ 4 օր հետո, մարզպետի կարգադրությամբ ձևավորվել է շինարարական օբյեկտների աշխատանքին հետևող հանձնաժողով։
Նախնական տվյալներով՝ որոշ ժամանակ անց «Գրէդշին» ընկերության տնօրինությունը իրականությանը չհամապատասխանող հավելագրումներ կատարելով՝ պատրաստել է շինարարական աշխատանքները ավարտելու վերաբերյալ կեղծ ավարտական ակտ։
Մարզպետը, պաշտոնեական դիրքը ծառայության շահերին հակառակ օգտագործելով և անձնական այլ շահագրգռվածությունից ելնելով, հորդորել է հանձնաժողովի նախագահին ու անդամներին՝ հաստատել ավարտական ակտը։
Ապա, 2016 թ․ հունվարի 21-ին մարզպետն ինքն է ստորագրությամբ հաստատել հանձնաժողովի նախագահի և որոշ անդամների չստորագրած, որոշ անդամների կեղծ ստորագրությամբ կամ համայնքի ղեկավարի պարտադրանքով ստորագրված ավարտական ակտը։
Արդյունքում՝ «Գրէդշին» ընկերությունը յուրացրել է 10․660․000 դրամ։
Առանձնապես խոշոր չափի գումար յուրացնելու, պաշտոնեական կեղծիք կատարելու և էական վնաս առաջացրած պաշտոնեական լիազորությունները չարաշահելու դեպքերի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ։
