ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի նախագահ Արա Բաբլոյանը շնորհավորական ուղերձ է հղել Արտակարգ իրավիճակների աշխատողի օրվա առթիվ: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԱԺ լրատվության և հանրային կապերի վարչությունից:
«Արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության համակարգի հարգելի աշխատողներ եւ վետերաններ, շնորհավորում եմ ձեզ մասնագիտական տոնի` Արտակարգ իրավիճակների աշխատողի օրվա առթիվ:
Սպիտակի ավերիչ երկրաշարժից հետո տարիների նպատակամղված աշխատանքի արդյունքում այսօր մենք ունենք արտակարգ իրավիճակներին դիմակայելու ունակ եւ կայացած համակարգ, որը ձեր բարձր արհեստավարժության ու նվիրումի շնորհիվ վայելում է հասարակության վստահությանը: Որովհետեւ դուք միշտ առաջինն եք օգնության հասնում անկանխատեսելի ու դժվարին իրավիճակներում հայտնված մարդկանց, առաջինն եք սկսում դիմակայել բնական ու տեխնածին աղետներին:
Միաժամանակ, բազմաթիվ անգամներ ակտիվ մասնակցություն ցուցաբերելով այլ պետություններին պատուհասած աղետների հետեւանքների վերացմանը՝ այնտեղ իրավամբ դարձել եք Հայաստանի եւ հայ ժողովրդի գթասրտության ու բարի կամքի յուրօրինակ խորհրդանիշը:
Շնորհակալ եմ ձեր վտանգաշատ աշխատանքն անձնուրացաբար կատարելու եւ բազմաթիվ մարդկային կյանքեր փրկելու համար:
Անգնահատելի է ձեր դերը ոչ միայն աղետներին դիմակայելու եւ նրանց անխուսափելի հետեւանքները հնարավորինս նվազեցնելու, այլեւ կանխատեսման, կանխարգելման, արագ արձագանքման, ինչպես նաեւ ճգնաժամային իրավիճակների կառավարման կարողությունների անշեղ կատարելագործման, բնակչությանն աղետներից պաշտպանվելու գիտելիքներ հաղորդելու գործում: Ցանկանում եմ նորանոր ձեռքբերումներ այս կարեւորագույն ասպարեզներում:
