«Հյուսիս-Հարավի» շինարարությունը հնարավոր է՝ ավարտվի 5 տարում, հնարավոր է՝ 10-12 տարում. Տրանսպորտի նախարար

Հյուսիս-հարավ ճանապարհային միջանցքի աշխատանքները պետք է շարունակվեն, հակված չենք այն դադարեցնելու, դա կլինի ամենավատ լուծումը: Այս մասին այսօր՝ սեպտեմբերի 4-ին, իր պաշտոնավարման 100 օրն ամփոփող ասուլիսում նշեց Տրանսպորտի, կապի եւ տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների նախարար Աշոտ Հակոբյանը՝ հավելելով, որ այդ դեպքում իզուր կդառնա մինչեւ այսօր կատարած աշխատանքը:
«Չեմ կարծում, որ կարելի է հետ կանգնել այդ նախագծից, դրա հիմքերն այսօր չկան: Մենք վերջին 3 ամսում լուրջ փոփոխություններ ենք իրականացրել ծրագրում: Մշակել ենք շինարարական նոր մեթոդներ, որոնք կարագացնեն աշխատանքները: Եթե երեք ամիս առաջ աշխատանքները գրեթե կանգնած էին, այսօր օրական 5-6 հազար գտրունտային աշխատանքներ են կատարվում, բայց մենք ուզում ենք հասնել դրա կրկնակին»,-ասաց նախարարը:
Հարցին, թե միջոցներ կա՞ն այդ աշխատանքների համար, նա պատասխանեց, որ կատարվող աշխատանքների համար միջոցներ դեռ կան, իսկ նոր տրանշների համար կլինեն միջոցները՝ կախված մեր աշխատանքների տեմպից:
Ճշտող հարցին, թե երբ է նախատեսվում ավարտին հասցնել «Հյուսիս- հարավ» ճանապարհի շինարարությունը, նախարարը պատասխանեց․ «Հնարավոր է՝ այդ ճանապարհն ավարտվի 5 տարում, հնարավոր է 10-12 տարում։ Սա կախված է միջազգային ֆինանսավորումից, մեր աշխատանքի տեմպերից, նաեւ պետության ֆինանսավորումից։ Բայց շինարարությունը պետք է շարունակվի»:
Նա ընդգծեց, որ հատկապես այդ ճանապարհի հարավային հատվածն է խոշոր ներդրումներ պահանջում:
