Նախարարը վստահեցնում է՝ Լարսի անցակետի կուտակումներում քաղաքական ենթատեքստ չկա

ՀՀ տրանսպորտի, կապի և տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների նախարար Աշոտ Հակոբյանը վստահեցնում է՝ Լարսի անցակետի կուտակումներում քաղաքական խնդիր չկա: Հերթում հայաստանցի վարորդները 25 տոկոսն են ընդամենը, մեծ մասը՝ ռուսաստանցիները:
«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ նախարար Աշոտ Հակոբյանն այս մասին ասաց լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանը՝ ամփոփելով պաշտոնավարման 100 օրը:
«Կուտակումների օրերին՝ ծիրանի արտահանման ժամանակ եղել ենք Վրաստանում: Իմացել ենք, որ այնտեղ են նաև ՌԴ տրանսպորտի նախարարության, մաքսային և սահմանապահմարմինների ներկայացուցիչները, որպեսզի կարողանան համատեղ ինժեներական լուծումներգտնել Լարսի անցակետն ընդլայնելու համար։ Հերթերը վերաբերում են ոչ միայն հայաստանցի վարորդներին, այլ բոլորին: Դրանց մեջ հայերի չափաբաժինը կազմում է մոտ 25 տոկոս: Մեծամասամբ հերթում լինում են հենց ռուսները: Ոչ մի քաղաքական ենթատեքստ չկա, մենք համոզվել ենք դրանում այդ ժամանակ»,- վստահեցրեց նախարարը:
Նրա խոսքով՝ մեր աշխարհագրական դիրքն այնպիսին է, որ անսահմանափակ թվով անցակետեր չեն կարող կառուցվել: Դա մեր միակ ճանապարհն է: «Երբ Լարսի ճանապարհը կառուցվել է, չեն հաշվարկել, որ երրորդ երկրից՝ Թուրքիայից Վրաստանով կգնան դեպի Ռուսաստան, և որ Բաթումը կդառնա զբոսաշրջային մեծ կենտրոն: Իսկ այլընտրանքը՝ միայն բեռնափոխադրումների համար, Հարավային Օսիայի հատվածն է»,- նշեց Հակոբյանը:
Ներկայում բանակցություններ են ընթանում ռուսաստանյան, վրացական կողմերի և շվեյցարական SGS ընկերության միջև, որպեսզի կազմակերպությունը կարողանա միջանկյալ այդ հատվածում կատարի մեր բեռնափոխադրումները:
