«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Մանրէաբանին, միջատաբանին, ընդհանրապես կյանքի փոքր ձևերի կամ էլ փոքր մասնիկների ուսումնասիրությամբ զբաղվող գիտնականին եթե զրկենք խոշորացույցից օգտվելու հնարավորությունից, ապա նա կամ գործազուրկ կդառնա, կամ կխելագարվի, կամ էլ, լավագույն դեպքում, այլ զբաղմունք կգտնի: Սակայն սա զուտ հետազոտողների պարագայում, հասարակության դեպքում ոչ միայն պետք է բացառել պայմանական խոշորացույցների կիրառությունը, այլև երբեմն պետք է պարտադրել այլ զբաղմունք գտնել: Մեր հասարակության մի ստվար հատվածը թամաշա է սիրում, ընդ որում՝ անպայման խոշորացույցով, ամեն մանրամասնությամբ, փնտրելով ցանկացած իրադարձության, երևույթի կամ էլ անցուդարձի ամենանուրբ, ամենաչերևացող, իսկ հաճախ էլ՝ գոյություն չունեցող շերտերը: Մեզանից շատերը սիրում են մտնել այլոց կյանք, ընտանիք, տուն, սիրում ենք կոնսպիրացիաներ, սիրում ենք աղմկահարույց բացահայտումներ, ավելին՝ երբեմն ոչ միայն սիրում ենք, այլև «սնվում» դրանցով: 

Պատկերացրեք՝ քանի քանիսն են խորը ընկճախտի մեջ հայտնվել ԱԱԾ տնօրենի այն հայտարարությունից հետո, թե դադարելու է հարցազրույցներ տալ ու չափից ավելի հրապարակային գործել: Եթե երկու բառով ասենք՝ դաժան հարված: Սակայն այս ամենի հետ պետք է համակերպվել, ավելին՝ պետք է նոր զբաղմունք գտնել, որովհետև թամաշայի, բամբասանքների, դավադրությունների տեսությունների սիրահարները ծնվում են պարապությունից: Կամ գուցե ուղղակի համարենք բնավորության գիծ:

Այս ամենից ձերբազատվելը միշտ արդիական է՝ անկախ հեղափոխություններից ու իշխանափոխություններից, անկախ քաղաքականությունից, ընտրություններից, որոնք էլ իրենց հերթին հաճախ թամաշայի գծեր են ընդունում: Պետք է պարզապես փոխվել, սովորել ապրել ավելի հանգիստ, գուցե ավելի ձանձրալի ու անհետաքրքիր տեղեկություններով, որովհետև, ինչպես հայտնիներից մեկն էր ասել, «լավ են ապրում այն ժողովուրդները, որոնց պամությունը ձանձրալ ի է»: Եվ ուրեմն՝ ձգտենք «ձանձրալի առօրյայի», որը լեցուն կլինի մանր կենցաղային, սակայն շատ հաճելի ու հանգիստ ուրախություններով և ոչ թե սկանդալային բացահայտումներով, լուսանկարներով, այլոց կյանքի մանրամասներով ու դավադրությունների սարդոստայնով:
