Օսիպյանը չի բացառում «Վեոլիա ջուր» ընկերության և ՀԾԿՀ-ի գործով նոր մանրամասների հրապարակումը

Ոստիկանությունը պարզաբանում կներկայացնի «Վեոլիա ջուր» ընկերության կողմից Հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովի անդամներին կաշառելու գործով վարույթի շուրջ:
«Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ այդ մասին կառավարության նիստից հետո լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նշեց ՀՀ ոստիկանապետ Վալերի Օսիպյանը: Հարցին՝ արտառոց չի՞ թվում, որ Հանրային ծառայությունների կարգավորող հանձնաժողովի նախագահն ու անդամները ընդամենը ավիատոմսով և հյուրանոցի ծախսերով կարող էին գնալ նման գործարքի ու բարձրացնել սակագները, Օսիպյանը չբացառեց նախաքննության մարմնի կողմից այդ գործով այլ մանրամասների հրապարակումը:
Դիտարկմանը, որ «Վեոլիա ջուր»-ը և ՀԾԿՀ-ի ներկայացուցիչները նշել են, որ դա գործուղում է եղել, փորձի փոխանակման նպատակով, ոստիկանապետն ասաց. «Նայած ինչ գործուղում»:
Ոստիկանության հաղորդագրության համաձայն, ջրի սակագների ճշգրտման 2017-2018 թթ. հայտը Հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովին ներկայացնելուց առաջ «Վեոլիա ջուր» ընկերության տնօրեն Կրիստիան Լըֆեն եւ գործառնական տնօրեն Գոռ Գրիգորյանը, կաշառք տալու դիտավորությամբ ՀԾԿՀ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Նազարյանի եւ ՀԾԿՀ եւս 7 պաշտոնատար անձանց համար գնել եւ տրամադրել են Երեւան-Փարիզ-Երեւան ուղղությամբ 8 ավիատոմս, ինչպես նաեւ փոխանցել են հյուրանոցի ծախսերը, որի ընդհանուր կազմել է շուրջ 12,6 մլն դրամ: Դրանից հետո ՀԾԿՀ որոշմամբ խմելու ջրի սակագինը բարձրացվել 11,414 դրամով՝ 180 դրամից դառնալով 191,414 դրամ, որը սուբսիդավորման կարգով փոխհատուցվում է ՀՀ կառավարության կողմից։
«Վեոլիա ջուրը» հանդես է եկլ հայտարարությանը եւ նշել, որ չի ընդունում մեղադրանքը՝ կապված ՀԾԿՀ անդամներին կաշառելու հետ:
«Վեոլիա ջուր» ընկերությունը հիշեցրել է, որ 2017-2031թթ. համար սակագների սահմանման պայմանագրային մեխանիզմները հաստատվել են ՀՀ կառավարության կողմից եւ ամրագրվել են 2016-ի նոյեմբերին ստորագրված Վարձակալության պայմանագրում: Այդ մեխանիզմները երբեք չեն վերանայվել:
