Երևանում օրերս ձերբակալված ազգությամբ թուրքհակահայ լոբբիստ Քեվին (Քեմալ) Օքսուզը, ով Միացյալ Նահանգների կողմից միջազգայինհետախուզման մեջ էր հայտարարվել ԱՄՆ ներկայացուցիչների պալատի էթիկայի հանձնաժողովից նյութեր կեղծելու ու թաքցնելու համար, պարզվում է, որ Հայաստանում ևսհակաօրինական գործունեություն է ծավալել։

ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազությունից «Արմենպրես»-ի հարցմանն ի պատասխան հայտնեցին, որմեր երկրում նրա հիմնած The Sena Group ընկերությունը խուսափել է հարկերի վճարումից։

«The Sena Group» ՍՊ ընկերության (հիմնադիր՝ Քեվին (Քեմալ) Օքսուզ) տնօրինության կողմիցխոշոր չափերով հարկեր չվճարելու առերևույթ հանցագործության դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀոստիկանության Կազմակերպված հանցավորության դեմ պայքարի գլխավոր վարչությանկողմից ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 205-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով հարուցվել էքրեական գործ, որի շրջանակներում հնարավոր է ՀՀ իրավասու մարմնի կողմից կատարելհամապատասխան քննչական գործողություններ»,- հայտնեցին դատախազությունից:

Հարկերի վճարումից խուսափելու համար ՔՕ համապատասխան հոդվածով Օքսուզին սպառնումէ տուգանք՝ նվազագույն աշխատավարձի երկուհազարապատիկից երեքհազարապատիկիչափով, կամ ազատազրկում՝ երկուսից հինգ տարի ժամկետով:

ԱՄՆ իրավասու մարմինների կողմից հետախուզվող Օքսուզի նկատմամբ Երևան քաղաքիընդհանուր իրավասության առաջին ատյանի դատարանի օգոստոսօ 31-ի որոշմամբ կիրառվել էժամանակավոր կալանավորում՝ 30 օր ժամկետով։ «Դա այն ժամկետն է, որի ընթացքում ԱՄՆիրավասու մարմինները կարող են միջնորդություն ներկայացնել քրեական հետապնդմանենթարկելու նպատակով նրան հանձնելու վերաբերյալ։ ԱՄՆ իրավասու մարմինների կողմիցվերոնշված միջնորդությունն ստանալու դեպքում հնարավոր չէ հստակ նշել վերջինիս հանձնելուժամկետներ, քանի որ հանձնման միջնորդությունն ստանալուց հետո այն նախ քննարկվում է ՀՀիրավասու մարմինների կողմից և կայացվում հանձնումը թույլատրելու կամ մերժելու մասինորոշում, որը ՀՀ օրենսդրությամբ սահմանված ժամկետներում կարող է բողոքարկվել դատականկարգով»,- պարզաբանեցին դատախազությունից:

Միացյալ Նահանգներին Օքսուզի հանձնման դեպքում քննչական գործողությունները ենթակաեն կատարման ԱՄՆ իրավասու մարմինների կողմից՝ իրենց վարույթի շրջանակներում։

Թուրքամետ ու ադրբեջանամետ լոբբիստը ներկա պահին օգտվում է պաշտպան ունենալու իրիրավունքից։

«Արմենպրես»-ի ճշտող հարցին, թե արդոք Քեվին (Քեմալ) Օքսուզը միաժամանակ ԱՄՆ ևԹուրքիայի քաղաքացիություն ունի, դատախազությունից պատասխանեցին. «Համաձայն ՀՀգլխավոր դատախազությունում առկա՝ Քեվին (Քեմալ) Օքսուզի անձը հաստատող փաստաթղթիպատճենի՝ վերջինս հանդիսանում է ԱՄՆ քաղաքացի»:
