Փարիզում կարող են արգելել օնլայն ծառայության միջոցով տների վարձակալությունը զբոսաշրջիկների համար

Փարիզի իշխանությունները նախատեսում են արգելել Airbnb օնլայն ծառայության միջոցով քաղաքում նախապես կացարանի վարձակալությունը զբոսաշրջիկների համար։ Այս մասին գրում է Le Parisien պարբերականը՝ հղում կատարելով Փարիզի փոխքաղաքապետ Յան Բրոսսատին։
Բանն այն է, որ զբոսաշրջիկները գնալով է՛լ ավելի հաճախ են նախընտրում բնակարաններ վարձակալել Փարիզի կենտրոնում, ինչի հետևանքով տեղացիների համար վարձակալության գները աստղաբաշխական մակարդակի են հասնում։
Փոխքաղաքապետը նշել է, որ խնդիրը լուծել թույլ կտա օնլայն ծառայության միջոցով զբոսաշրջիկներին վարձակալությամբ տուն տրամադրելու արգելքի սահմանումը քաղաքի առնվազն 3 շրջանում, որտեղ գտնվում են Փարիզի գլխավոր ու հիմնական տեսարժան վայրերը։
Ավելի վաղ Փարիզում կրկին քայլեր էին ձեռնարկվել զբոսաշրջիկներին օնլայն համակարգով կացարաններ վարձակալության տալու դեմ․ քաղաքի իշխանություններն բնակարանների տերերին արգելել էին վարձակալության հանձնել տները տարվա 120 օրը։
Իսկ ահա Նիդեռլանդների մայրաքաղաք Ամստերդամում 2019 թվականից կթույլատրեն զբոսաշրջիկներին վարձակալությամբ տուն հանձնել տարվա ընթացքում միայն 30 օր։
