ՄԻՊ աշխատակազմի և ԱԱԾ սահմանապահ զորքերի միջև գործում է տեղեկությունների արագ փոխանակման համակարգ

Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Արման Թաթոյանն ընդունել է Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության Սահմանապահ զորքերի հրամանատար Վաղինակ Սարգսյանին: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմի հանրային կապերի բաժնից:
Հանդիպման ընթացքում ընդգծվել է Պաշտպանի աշխատակազմի և Սահմանապահ զորքերի միջև համագործակցության անհրաժեշտությունը: Պաշտպանը կարևորել է մարդու իրավունքներին առնչվող հարցերում սերտ համագործակցելու՝ Սահմանապահ զորքերի ղեկավարության հանձնառությունը:
Քննարկվել են նաև ՀՀ պետական սահմանը հատող անձանց իրավունքներին առնչվող հարցեր, այդ թվում՝ կապված ապաստան հայցողների հետ: Այս կապակցությամբ ընդգծվել է կառույցների միջև տեղեկությունների արագ փոխանակման հարցում արդյունավետ փոխգործակցությունը: Այն իրականացվում է երկու կողմերից նշանակված հատուկ ներկայացուցիչների միջոցով:
Մասնավորապես, հաստատված պրակտիկայի շրջանակներում Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմի թեժ գծին ստացվող համապատասխան ահազանգերի կապակցությամբ տեղի են ունենում արագ քննարկումներ՝ լուծումներ գտնելու նպատակով:
Ներկայում Պաշտպանի աշխատակազմը և Սահմանապահ զորքերի ծառայողները սերտ համագործակցում են ՀՀ պետական սահմանի անցման կետերում տեղակայված՝ ապաստան հայցող անձանց հատուկ կացարանների պայմանների բարելավման գործում: Դրանց ուսումնասիրման նպատակով Պաշտպանի ներկայացուցիչներն իրականացնում են այցեր, մասնակցում են համատեղ քննարկումների և դասընթացների:
Հայաստանում ապաստան հայցող անձանց իրավունքների պահպանության տեսանկյունից Պաշտպանն անդրադարձել է նաև Սահմանապահ զորքերի պարբերական վերապատրաստումներին, որոնք իրականացվում են ՄԱԿ-ի Փախստականների հարցերով գերագույն հանձնակատարի հայաստանյան գրասենյակի աջակցությամբ:
Նշենք, որ քննարկվող ոլորտում առկա խնդիրները և դրանց վերաբերյալ ներկայացված առաջարկությունները, ինչպես նաև երկու կառույցների համագործակցության ուղղությունները տեղ են գտել նաև «Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում փախստականների և ապաստան հայցող անձանց իրավունքների ապահովման վերաբերյալ» Պաշտպանի արտահերթ հրապարակային զեկույցում:
