Երևի թե շատերն են նկատել, որ ի տարբերություն իշխանափոխության առաջին օրերի, վերջին շրջանում չափազանց պասիվ է ՀՀ առաջին փոխվարչապետ Արարատ Միրզոյանը: Նա հրապարակային ելույթներ չի ունենում, Ֆեյսբուքում էլ ընդամենը որոշ լինկեր է ժամանակ առ ժամանակ տարածում: Ավելին, նա չափազանց պասիվ է նաև առաջիկա ընտրությունների առումով: Մեզ հասած տեղեկություններով, նման պահվածքի պատճառները մի քանիսն են: Առաջին հերթին, ըստ մեր աղբյուրների, Միրզոյանը որոշակի անհամաձայնություն ունի ավագանու ցուցակի առաջին համարի ընտրության առումով, ինչպես նաև կառավարության գործունեության հետ կապված մի քանի հարցերի շուրջ: Մյուս կողմից, խոսակցություններ կան այն մասին, որ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն է կոշտ զրույց ունեցել նրա հետ՝ վերջինիս անվան հետ կապված մի քանի սկանդալների (տիկնոջ հետ այց արտասահման, մամուլի քարտուղարի հայտարարություններ, առաջին բորտ և այլն), ինչպես նաև «վարչապետական հովերի» առումով: Ըստ այդ տեղեկությունների, վարչապետը կարգադրել է առայժմ ստվերում մնալ՝ չվնասելու թիմի վարկանիշը: Այս առումով պատահական չէր նույն Միրզոյանի «հրաժեշտի» նմանվող գրառումը, ուր խոսում է «սևացման», ««Նիկոլը լավն ա, թիմը՝ վատը» աշուն–ձմեռ 2018 ակցիայի» մասին և հավելում, թե՝ «շարունակելու եմ ջանք չխնայել մեր երազանքների երկրի՝ հզոր, ազատ և երջանիկ Հայաստանի կառուցման համար»:
