Արտակ Դավթյանի խոսքով՝ մարտի 1-ին բանակին կրակելու հրաման չի տրվել

Մարտի 1-ին բանակին կրակելու հրաման չի տրվել: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին ճեպազրույցում ասաց ՀՀ ԶՈՒ գլխավոր շտաբի պետ Արտակ Դավթյանն, ով 2008թ-ին զբաղեցնում էր ՀՀ ՊՆ օպերատիվ վարչության պետի պաշտոնը:
«Մարտի 1-ին բանակին կրակելու հրաման չի տրվել: Բանակը չի կրակել, եթե կրակել են, կրակել են անհատ զինծառայողներ: Նրանց նման հրաման չի տրվել»,- ասաց նա:
ԳՇ պետը նաև նշեց, որ այդ օրերին սահմանում մարտական աշխատանքն ընթացել է սովորական հունով:
«Առաջնագիծը նոսրացած չի եղել: Մարտական աշխատանքը եղել է սովորականի նման: Սահմանը Մարտի 1-ի օրերին չի թուլացել»,- նշեց Արտակ Դավթյանը:
Սեպտեմբերի 11-ին տեղի ունեցած մամուլի ասուլիսի ընթացքում Հատուկ քննչական ծառայության պետ Սասուն Խաչատրյանը հայտարարել է՝ իրենց քննությամբ արդեն հիմնավորվել է, որ բանակը ոչ միայն մասնակցել է մարտի 1-ի իրադարձություններին, այլև կրակել մարդկանց բնակարանների ուղղությամբ:
Խաչատրյանը նշել է, որ ունեն կոնկրետ ապացույցներ, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության զինված ուժերի զինծառայողները ավտոմատ հրազենիցկրակոց են արձակել Լեո փողոցի շենքերի ուղղությամբ, այն բանից հետո, երբ այդ պատշգամբներից, ինչ-որ մի տեղից վառվող շիշ է նետվել: Այսինքն, բանակն ամբողջ ծավալով մասնակցել է այս գործողություններին:
