Մոսկվան ԱՄՆ-ից պաշտոնական պարզաբանումներ կխնդրի Վրաստանում լաբորատորիայի գործունեության վերաբերյալ, որտեղ, հնարավոր է, մահվան ելքով փորձարկումներ են իրականացվել մարդկանց վրա։ Այդ մասին հայտարարել է ՌԴ արտգործնախարարության պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Մարիա Զախարովան, գրում է «ՌԻԱ Նովոստի»-ն։
«Ռուսաստանի ԱԳՆ-ն ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղարությունում պաշտոնական պարզաբանում կխնդրի պարոն Գիորգաձեի կողմից ներկայացված նոր փաստերի առնչությամբ, որոնք վկայում են Վրաստանի տարածքում գործող միկրոկենսաբանական լաբորատորիայում ԱՄՆ զինված ուժերի ոչ պատշաճ դերի մասին։ Ինձ թվում է, որ ինքնիշխան երկրները ձեռք են բերել իրենց ինքնիշխանությունը և անկախությունը և պայքարել են դրա պահպանության համար, բոլորովին ոչ որպեսզի այդ երկրների քաղաքացիների վրա օտարերկրյա զինվորականները կենսաբանական փորձեր իրականացնեն, իսկ այնտեղ հենց դա է տեղի ունենում»,- ասել է դիվանագետը ճեպազրույցի ժամանակ։
Ռուսական կողմը բազմիցս անհանգստություն է հայտնել «ռուսական սահմանների անմիջական հարևանությամբ իր բժշկա-կենսաբանական լաբորատորիաների տեղակայման» ուղղությամբ Պենտագոնի իրականացվող գործունեության առնչությամբ։
Ավելի վաղ Վրաստանի պետական անվտանգության նախկին նախարար Իգոր Գիորգաձեն մեղադրել է ԱՄՆ-ին երկրի տարածքում մարդկանց նկատմամբ գաղտնի փորձեր անելու համար։
«Փաստաթղթերի միայն մի մասի նախնական ուսումնասիրությունը, իսկ դրանք հարյուրավոր, հազարավոր էջեր են, որոնք ինձ փոխանցվել են Վրաստանից՝ իմ ընկերների կողմից, ցույց է տալիս, որ Լուգարի լաբորատորիայում (Ռիչարդ Լուգարի հանրային առողջապահության հետազոտական կենտրոն) ԱՄՆ ռազմաբժշկական խմբի կենսաբանների և մասնավոր պայմանագրային աշխատողների կողմից կարող էին գաղտնի փորձեր իրականացվել Վրաստանի բնակիչների նկատմամբ:
Մի շարք նման փորձեր իմ հայրենակիցների համար մահվամբ են ավարտվել»,- ասել է նա:
