ՀՀ կառավարությունն առաջարկում է խստացնել ապօրինի ծառահատման համար սահմանված պատիժները:
«Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ սեպտեմբերի 14-ին կառավարության հերթական նիստում ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարի տեղակալ Արթուր Հովհաննիսյանը հայտնեց, որ այդպիսի օրենքի նախագծով է հանդես եկել ԱԺ պատգամավոր Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանը:
«ԱԺ պատգամավոր Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանը հանդես է եկել նախաձեռնությամբ՝ «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քրեական օրենսգրքում փոփոխություն կատարելու մասին» Հայաստանի Հանրապետության օրենքի նախագծով առաջարկվում է խստացնել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քրեական օրենսգրքի 296-րդ հոդվածի (ծառերի, թփերի և բուսածածկի ապօրինի հատում) 1-ին մասով նախատեսված հանցագործության համար սահմանված պատժաչափը, մասնավորապես՝ առավելագույնը երկու ամիս ժամկետով կալանքը փոխարինել ազատազրկմամբ՝ առավելագույնը երկու տարի ժամկետով»,- նշեց Հովհաննիսյանը:
Արթուր Հովհաննիսյանի խոսքով՝ իրենք առաջարկում են ազատազրկումը ներառելուն զուգահեռ պահպանել նաև կալանք պատժատեսակը:
Կառավարությունը նախագիծը ընդունեց, բայց Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանին առաջարկեց ձեռնպահ մնալ նախագծի վերաբերյալ հետագա քայլերից, որպեսզի կառավարությունը հնարավորություն ունենա ԱԺ ներկայացնել համալիր նախագիծ:
