Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմն արձանագրել է ահազանգեր այն մասին, որ վերջին մի քանի օրերի՝ սեպտեմբերի 13-15-ի ընթացքում ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի կողմից դարձյալ գնդակոծվել են Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Տավուշի մարզի սահմանամերձ գյուղերը: Համապատասխան հրապարակումներ են առկա նաև զանգվածային լրատվամիջոցներում:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմի հանրային կապերի բաժնից,  Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմին տրամադրված տվյալները վկայում են, որ Բաղանիս գյուղում կրակոցներն արձակվել են գյուղի դպրոցի, քաղաքացիական տների ու գյուղ տանող ավտոճանապարհի ուղղությամբ:

Ըստ Չինար գյուղին վերաբերող տեղեկությունների՝ վաղ առավոտյան տեղի ունեցած կրակոցների հետևանքով վնասվել է գյուղի մանկապարտեզը, այն պաշտպանող պատը, ինչպես նաև քաղաքացիական բնակիչների տներ: Կրակոցների պատճառած վնասները գյուղի վարչակազմի իրավասու ներկայացուցչին և բնակիչներին հիմք է տվել եզրակացնելու, որ դրանք արվել են խոշոր տրամաչափի գնդացիրներից և դիպուկահարներից:

Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի կողմից առաջիկայում կամփոփվի սեպտեմբերի 2-ից սկսած ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի կողմից Հայաստանի սահմանամերձ գյուղերի գնդակոծությունների առնչությամբ փաստահավաք աշխատանքները: Դրանք արդեն իսկ վկայում են, որ կրակոցներն արվում են գյուղի խաղաղ բնակիչների, այդ թվում՝ երեխաների կյանքի և առողջության համար վտանգավոր եղանակով:

Առաջիկայում կհրապարակվի արտահերթ զեկույց, որը կուղարկվի մարդու իրավունքների ոլորտի միջազգային կառույցներին:
