ՀՀ Կենտրոնական բանկում տեղի է ունեցել դրամի ներդրման 25-ամյակին նվիրված միջազգային համաժողով (տեսանյութ)

ՀՀ կենտրոնական բանկի Դիլիջանի ուսումնահետազոտական կենտրոնում ՀՀ դրամի ներդրման 25-ամյակին նվիրված միջոցառումների շրջանակում կազմակերպվել է բարձր մակարդակի միջազգային համաժողով:

Այս մասին հայտնում են ԿԲ հասարակայնության հետ կապերի ծառայությունից:

Ողջունելով համաժողովի մասնակիցներին, ՀՀ ԿԲ նախագահ Արթուր Ջավադյանը նշել է, որ դրամի ներդրման 25-ամյակը նշանավորում է նաև Հայաստանում անկախ դրամավարկային քաղաքականության իրականացման սկիզբը:

Նա ասել է, որ այս 25 տարիների ընթացքում հայկական դրամը դիմակայել է բազում ցնցումների՝ շարունակելով կատարել հուսալի արժույթի իր դերը: ԿԲ նախագահը շեշտել է, որ այժմ Հայաստանում գործում է արդյունավետ դրամավարկային քաղաքականության և ֆինանսական կայունության կառուցակարգ:

Համաժողովին ԿԲ պաշտոնյաների կողմից ներկայացվել են Հայաստանում անցած 25 տարիների ընթացքում դրամավարկային համակարգի զարգացման հիմնական փուլերը և ֆինանսական կայունության ապահովման նպատակով Կենտրոնական բանկի քաղաքականությունը, կիրառվող գործիքակազմը և մեխանիզմները:

 Համաժողովի հատուկ հյուր, Նորթվեսթերն համալսարանի պրոֆեսոր Լուորենս Քրիստիանոն ներկայացրել է «Դոլարիզացիա. Ընտրություն տնային տնտեսությունների ապահովագրման և ֆինանսական ճգնաժամերի հավանականության մեծացման միջև» թեմայով դասախոսություն:


Միջոցառման ընթացքում կայացան աշխատանքային քննարկումներ տարբեր ֆինանսա-տնտեսական հարցերի շուրջ:

Համաժողովի մասնակիցների շրջանում մտքերի ակտիվ փոխանակում տեղի ունեցավ տարբեր երկրներում գների և ֆինանսական կայունության ապահովման մեխանիզմների և փորձի փոխանակման վերաբերյալ:
