ՀՀ և Չինաստանի ԱԳՆ-ների միջև քաղաքական խորհրդակցությունների ընթացքում մի շարք կարևոր պայմանավորվածություններ են ձեռք բերվել

ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարի տեղակալ Արմեն Պապիկյանը սեպտեմբերի 14-ին Պեկինում հանդիպել է ՉԺՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարի տեղակալ Ճան Հանհուեյի հետ: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության լրատվության և հանրային դիվանագիտության վարչությունից՝ հավելելով. «Հանդիպմանը հաջորդեցին ՀՀ և ՉԺՀ ԱԳՆ-ների միջև քաղաքական խորհրդակցությունները, որոնց ընթացում կողմերը վերահաստատեցին հայ-չինական բարեկամական հարաբերությունների հետագա խորացման, շարունակականության ու կայուն զարգացման իրենց հանձնառությունը:
Քննարկվեցին և ձեռք բերվեցին պայմանավորվածություններ քաղաքական երկխոսության և բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնատար անձանց փոխադարձ այցելությունների իրականացման, արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունների միջև փոխգործակցության, առևտրատնտեսական համագործակցության ներուժի իրացման, իրավական դաշտի ընդլայնման, զբոսաշրջության խթանման և երկու երկրների քաղաքացիների համար մուտքի արտոնագրերի կարգի առավել դյուրացման, այդ թվում՝ ազատականացման, միջազգային կազմակերպությունների շրջանակներում համագործակցության, Չինաստանի կողմից Հայաստանին տրամադրվող տեխնիկական օգնության, հումանիտար ոլորտում շփումների և փոխանակումների ապահովման շուրջ:
Նախարարի տեղակալ Պապիկյանը ներկայացրեց նաև ԼՂ հակամարտության շուրջ վերջին զարգացումները և շնորհակալություն հայտնեց չինական կողմին հիմնահարցը բացառապես խաղաղ ճանապարհով կարգավորելու ԵԱՀԿ-ի Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների ջանքերին աջակցելու ՉԺՀ-ի դիրքորոշման համար:
Այցի շրջանակներում տեղի ունեցավ նաև Արմեն Պապիկյանի հանդիպումը Չինաստանի Կոմունիստական Կուսակցության Կենտրոնական կոմիտեի Միջազգային բաժնի վարիչի տեղակալ (փոխնախարարի կարգավիճակով) պարոն Ցյան Հոնշանի հետ:
Հանդիպման ընթացքում շոշափվեցին երկկողմ համագործակցության հարցեր: Երկուստեք նշվեց Հայաստանի և Չինաստանի զարգացման ռազմավարությունների փոխկապակցման և խորացման անհրաժեշտությունը: Կողմերը գոհունակություն արտահայտեցին ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունների իրականացման ընթացքի վերաբերյալ և հայտնեցին իրենց պատրաստակամությունը փոխշահավետ համագործակցության զարգացման առումով:
Սեպտեմբերի 15-ին ԱԳ նախարարի տեղակալի գլխավորած պատվիրակությունը մեկնեց Շանհայ՝ քաղաքային իշխանությունների ներկայացուցիչների հետ հանդիպման նպատակով»:
