Հայաստանում դեղերի անօրինական շրջանառությունը շատ փոքր տոկոս է կազմում: Այս մասին Ազգային ժողովում ՀՀ 2016 թ. պետական բյուջեի նախագծի քննարկման ժամանակ ասաց ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարար Արմեն Մուրադյանը՝ պատասխանելով ԲՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Վահան Բաբայանի հարցին: «Հուրախությ ուն մեզ՝ մենք կարողացել ենք տարիների ընթացքում հասնել նրան, որ անօրինական դեղերի շրջանառությունը Հայաստանում շատ փոքր տոկոս է կազմում: Աննշան տոկոս է կազմում ոչ լեգալ շրջանառությունը, և դա հիմնականում պայմանավորված է նրանով, որ հիվանդը կամ նրա հարազատը խնդրում է այդ դեղը իր համար բերել անհատական եղանակով այլ երկրից՝ նշելով, որ այս կամ այն դեղամիջոցը, որը նա Հայաստանից գնել է, իր համար քիչ ավելի արդյունավետ է, քան այն, որն ուղարկել են երրորդ երկրից: »,- ընդգծեց Մուրադյանը:

Առողջապահության նախարարը նշեց, որ Հայաստան մտնող յուրաքանչյուր դեղ պարտադիր պետք է գրանցված լինի: Նրա խոսքով՝ անգամ եթե դեղամիջոցը փոքր-ինչ տարբերվում է չափի, անգամ  տուփի ձևով, նոր գրանցման և նույնականացման գործընթաց է պահանջվելու:  «Ես պետք է նշեմ, որ այս հատվածում բավականին բարձր մակարդակ է ապահովված: Համապատասխան գործակալությունում այդ աշխատանքները կարողանում են իրականացնել միջազգային լաբորատոր չափանիշներով: Մենք նոր տնտեսական միության անդամ ենք, և այս ոլորտում համապատասխան նույնականացման գործընթաց է գնում, որը մենք իրականացնում ենք ֆինանսների նախարարության հետ համատեղ»,- մանրամասնեց Մուրադյանը:

Նախարարը հավելեց, որ յուրաքանչյուր դեղ, որը կարող է Հայաստանում օրինական ճանապարհով վաճառվել, գրանցված նույնականացված, համապատասխան որակը հաստատված դեղ պետք է լինի:
