Վերջին մեկ շաբաթվա ընթացքում մեր քաղաքական մյուս ուժերի կողմից, որոնք մասնակցում են Երևանի ավագանու ընտրություններին, մտահոգություններ են հնչում, որ ես ակտիվ մասնակցում եմ Երևանի ավագանու ընտրությունների քարոզարշավին: Իհարկե, մենք բացատրել ենք, որ դա համապատասխանում է ՀՀ օրենքին, քաղաքականությանը: 

Այս մասին այսօր Գարեգին Նժդեհի հրապարակում «Իմ քայլը» դաշինքի հրավիրած հանրահավաքի ժամանակ հայտարարեց ՀՀ վարչապետ, «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության նախագահ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը: Նա նշեց, որ հենց այդ պատճառով էլ երեկ Նոր Նորքի վարչական շրջանում հանրահավաքին չի մասնակցել, այդ իսկ պատճառով էլ նրանցից ներողություն խնդրեց: 

Ապա վարչապետը հայտարարեց՝ շատ լավ գիտի, որ Հայաստանում սոցիալական խնդիրները շատ են, սակայն ինքը չի ուզում, որ այնպես լինի, որ կառավարությունն ուղղակի հաց տվողի դեր ստանձնի, լինեն մի քանի օլիգարխներ:

 «ՀՀ-ում օլիգարխիա և օլիգարխներ գոյություն չունեն այլևս, որովհետև օլիգարխիա նշանակում է քչերի իշխանություն, իսկ Հայաստանում չկա և այլ չի լինելու քչերի իշխանություն: 


Մենք ասում ենք, որ ՀՀ-ում պետք չի, որ լինեն այնպիսի մարդիկ, որ լինեն արտոնյալ, մեզ պետք չի, որ ՀՀ-ում իրար հետևից 10 հատ նույն համարով ավտոներ պտտվեն շարասյուներով: Բոլոր նրանք, ում հաճույք է պատճառով լինել կամ կոչվել օլիգարխ, նրանք չեն հասկանում եղած հեղափոխության իմաստը, ՀՀ-ում չկա ավելի բարձր կոչում, քան է ՀՀ քաղաքացին»,-հայտարարեց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը: 

Նա բոլոր այդ մարդկանց հորդորեց դադարեցնել այդ բազմահարյուր մեքենաներով՝ նույն գույներով, նույն անտենաներով, շրջելը: «Պետք չի սեփական հարստությունը, սեփական ավտոներն ու կոշիկները, սեփական վերտուները ժողովրդի աչքը մտցնել, դադարեցրեք ձեր դրամապանակներով բոլորին զարմացնելու գործընթացը, հակառակ դեպքում դուք ամեն օր կզարմանաք»,-ընդգծեց նա՝ հավելելով, որ ՀՀ-ում չպիտի լինեն ապօրինի շարասյուներ, որոնք քշում են ուրիշ մարդկանց կամ մեքենաների վրայով:
