Երևան քաղաքի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանը՝նախագահությամբ դատավոր Արմեն Բեկթաշյանի, սեպտեմբերի 17֊ին հրապարակեց որոշում՝ Նորք-Մարաշի զինված խմբի գործով վեց ամբաստանյալի՝ Վլադիմիր Առաքելյանին, Խաչիկ Ավետիսյանին, Արա Պողոսյանին, Արթուր Եղիազարյանին, Վաղինակ Ստեփանյանին և Հարություն Սալնազարյանին կալանքից ազատելու վերաբերյալ: Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»֊ը, Ազգային ժողովի «Ծառուկյան» խմբակցության պատգամավորներ Արարատ Զուրաբյանը, Նապոլեոն Ազիզյանը, «Ելք» խմբակցության պատգամավորներ Հովիկ Աղազարյանն ու Լենա Նազարյանը մի քանի ամբաստանյալի համար անձնական երաշխավորություն էին ներկայացրել դատարան, երկու ամբաստանյալի՝ Արա Պողոսյանի և Վաղինակ Ստեփանյանի պաշտպաններն էլ միջնորդել էին իրենց պաշտպանյալի նկատմամբ խափանման միջոց ընտրել չհեռանալու մասին ստորագրությունը կամ գրավի կիրառումը համարել թույլատրելի:
Մեղադրող դատախազները միջնորդությունների դեմ առարկություններ չեն ներկայացրել:
Հունիսի 25-ին ազատ էր արձակվել Նորք-Մարաշի զինված խմբի գործով ամբաստանյալ, Պաշտպանության նախարարի նախկին տեղակալ Վահան Շիրխանյանը։
Նորք-Մարաշի զինված խմբի գործի շրջանակում մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ավելի քան երեք տասնյակ մարդու: Ըստ մեղադրանքի` Արթուր Վարդանյանի գլխավորած զինված խումբը ծրագրել էր բռնությամբ զավթել իշխանությունը: Օրինակ՝ թռիչքի պահին խոցել նախագահի օդանավը, հարձակում գործել ՀՀ նախագահի նստավայրի, Ազգային ժողովի, Սահմանադրական դատարանի, Կառավարության, Հանրային հեռուստաընկերության և այլ հաստատությունների շենքերի վրա: Նրանց մեղադրանքներ են առաջադրվել հանցավոր համագործակցություն ստեղծելու և ղեկավարելու (Քրեական օրենսգրքի 223-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մաս), հանցավոր համագործակցությանը մասնակցելու (Քրեական օրենսգրքի 223-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մաս) և կազմակերպված խմբի կողմից ապօրինի կերպով հրազեն, ռազմամթերք, պայթուցիկ նյութեր ձեռք բերելու, իրացնելու, պահելու, փոխադրելու և կրելու (Քրեական օրենսգրքի 235-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մաս) համար:
