«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Ինչպես ավելի վաղ տեղեկություն էր տարածվել, քրեական գործ է հարուցվել թափառող շների ոչնչացումով զբաղվող «Յունիգրաֆ– Իքս» ՍՊ ընկերության նկատմամբ: «Փաստը» ՊԵԿ–ից փորձել էր պարզել, թե այդ գործով արդեն կա՞ն մեղադրյալներ, այս ընթացքում որքա՞ն գումար է վերականգնվել պետական բյուջե և, ընդհանրապես, ի՞նչ փուլում է գործը:
ՀՀ ՊԵԿ տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից «Փաստին» տեղեկացրեցին, որ ՊԵԿ քննչական վարչությունում «Յունիգրաֆ–Իքս» ՍՊԸ վերաբերյալ քննվող քրեական գործի նախաքննության ընթացքում ընկերության տնօրեն Գագիկ Նորայրի Գևորգյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 205–րդ հոդվածի 2–րդ մասի հատկանիշներով՝ հարկը, տուրքը կամ պարտադիր այլ վճարները չվճարելը, որը կատարվել է առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով: Նշված հոդվածով նախատեսվում է ազատազրկում` հինգից տասը տարի ժամկետով` գույքի բռնագրավմամբ: Ընկերության կողմից պետությանը պատճառված վնասի չափը
հստակեցնելու նպատակով նշանակվել է համալիր հարկային ստուգում: Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է:
Հիշեցնենք, որ ոստիկանությունը դեռևս մայիսի վերջին հաղորդագրություն էր տարածել, որ ԿՀԴՊ ԳՎ կոռուպցիայի և տնտեսական գործունեության դեմ ուղղված հանցագործությունների հակազդման վարչությունը, իրացնելով օպերատիվ տվյալները, «Յունիգրաֆ–Իքս» ընկերությունում հայտնաբերել էր շուրջ 185 մլն դրամի յուրացում:
Հաղորդագրության մեջ նաև նշված էր, որ տվյալ ընկերության գործունեության վերահսկողությունը իրականացվում է Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի աշխատակազմի առևտրի և սպասարկումների վարչությունը: Ի դեպ, այս մասին Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչության պետ Արթուր Գևորգյանը պարզաբանում էր տվել՝ նշելով, որ ընկերության հաշվապահական խնդիրները չեն ներառվում վարչության գործառույթների կամ լիազորությունների մեջ:
