Առողջապահության նախարարը խնդիր է տեսնում կրթօջախներում սննդի նորմատիվային բազայի պահպանման հարցում

 ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարար Արմեն Մուրադյանը կրթօջախներում սննդի մատակարարման հետ կապված նորմատիվային փաստաթղթերին հետևելու հետ կապված խնդիրներ է տեսնում: Ազգային ժողովում ՀՀ 2016թ. պտական բյուջեի նախագծի քննարկմանը ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարը, պատասխանելով ԱԺ ՕԵԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Հովհաննես Մարգարյանի դիտարկմանը, թե կրթօջախներում վերջին շրջանում երեխաների թունավորման դեպքերը շատացել են, ընդգծեց, որ կրթօջախներում սննդի մատակարարման հետ կապված բոլոր նորմատիվային փաստաթղթերը մշակված և ներդրված են, սակայն խնդիրը կա դրանց հետևելու հետ կապված:  «Մերուսումնասիրությունները միանշանակ վկայում են, որ այդնորմատիվները շատ անգամ չեն պահպանվում:  Ինչպես նաև խնդիրկա սոցիալական մշակույթի հետ կապված: Խոսքն այն մասին է, որամենատարրական հիգիենիկ պայմանները պետք է սովորեցնեներեխաներին»,- նշեց նախարարը:

Հովհաննես Մարգարյանը նշեց, որ կրթօջախներում պետք է պարտադիր պայման լինի բուժքույրերի առկայությունը՝ հետաքրքրվելով՝ կա՞ն կրթօջախներ, որտեղ բուժաշխատողներ չկան:  Արմեն Մուրադյանը  պատասխանեց, որ մինչև 300 երեխա լինելու դեպքում պետք է  հաստատություններում լինեն բուժքույրեր: «Պետք է նորմատիվային բազան պահպանել և վերահսկել, և եթե գրված է, որ չի կարելի նրբերշիկ տալ նախադպրոցական հաստատություններում, ուրեմն՝ սա նշանակում է, որ այն միանշանակ պետք է ընդունել և սննդից հանել նրբերշիկը: Պարզ մոտեցում է, քանի որ պետք է իրականացնեն այն, ինչ գրված է և երեխաներին սովորեցնեն, թե ինչպես իրականացնել հիգիենիկ միջոցառումներ: Սննդակարգից պետք է հանվեն նրբերշիկը, կրեմային խմորեղենները»,-եզրափակեց նախարարը:
