SOCIETY«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Առողջապահության նախարար Արսեն Թորոսյանը նոր սկանդալի կենտրոնում է հայտնվել: Հակածխախոտային պայքարի անվան տակ նախարար Թորոսյանը արշավ է սկսել «Ֆիլիպ Մորիս» ընկերության և iQos էլեկտրոնային ծխախոտների դեմ, որի արդյունքում ընկերության ղեկավարությունը պատրաստվում է չեղարկել Հայաստանում իրականացվելիք շուրջ 10 միլիոն եվրո արժողությամբ ներդրումային ծրագիրը:
Բանն այն է, որ շվեյցարական «Ֆիլիպ Մորիս» ընկերությունը Հայաստանի կառավարության հետ համաձայնության էր եկել գիտահետազոտական կենտրոն հիմնելու շուրջ, որում ներգրավվելու ու վերապատրաստվելու էին 400-ից ավելի հայ գիտնականներ: Ընկերությունը պատրաստվում էր առողջապահական ոլորտի համար չափազանց կարևոր ուսումնասիրություններ անել, այդ թվում՝ կապված ծխախոտի օգտագործման և քաղցկեղի առաջացման միջև կապի բացահայտման շուրջ: Ու թեև Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կառավարության ներկայացուցիչները աջակցություն էին հայտնել ծրագրին, սակայն ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարի գործողությունների արդյունքում շվեյցարական ամենամեծ ներդրումային ծրագիրը տապալման եզրին է:
Մեր տեղեկություններով, «Ֆիլիպ Մորիս»-ի սեփականատերերի ձեռքի տակ հայտնվել են փաստեր այն մասին, որ ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարար Արսեն Թորոսյանը հրապարակային և ոչ հրապարակային գործողություններով վարկաբեկում է ընկերության արտադրանքն ու արատավորում գործարար համբավը: «Ֆիլիպ Մորիս»-ի սեփականատերերին վրդովեցրել է այն փաստը, որ հակածխախոտային քաղաքականության պատրվակով նախարար Թորոսյանը իրականում պայքարում է իրենց արտադրանքի դեմ: Նրանք ունեն տվյալներ, որ Արսեն Թորոսյանն անձնական շահագրգռվածություն ունի iQos-ի դեմ արշավի հարցում և գործարքի մեջ է ծխախոտի արտադրությամբ զբաղվող «Գրանդ տոբակո» ընկերության հետ, որի վաճառքները կտրուկ անկում էին գրանցել հայկական շուկայում iQos-ի հայտնվելուց հետո: Եվ հիմա նպատակը iQos-ը հայկական շուկայից դուրս մղելն է: Նշենք, որ «Ֆիլիպ Մորիս»-ի ղեկավարությունը Հայաստանի կառավարությանն ազդակներ է ուղարկել, որ Արսեն Թորոսյանին չզսպելու պարագայում իրենք կչեղարկեն ներդրումային ծրագիրը՝ այն տեղափոխելով Վրաստան:
