Փոխառություններ, ավելի քան 30 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլար. դեսպանի ունեցվածքը. «Փաստ»
ECONOMICS«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Հնդկաստանում, Շրի Լանկայում և Նեպալում ՀՀ արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Արմեն Մարտիրոսյանի դրամական միջոցները 2017թ. սկզբում կազմել են 15 000 ԱՄՆ դոլար: 2017թ. վերջում նրա դրամական միջոցներն ավելացել են՝ կազմելով 19 000 ԱՄՆ դոլար: Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք Բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնատար անձանց էթիկայի հանձնաժողովի կայքում հրապարակված նրա՝ 2017թ. տարեկան հայտարարագրից, որը ներկայացրել է 2018թ. ապրիլի 4–ին, երբ դեռ միայն Հնդկաստանում ՀՀ արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպանն էր:
Նշենք, որ այս տարվա օգոստոսին ՀՀ նախագահ Արմեն Սարգսյանի հրամանագրով Արմեն Մարտիրոսյանը համատեղության կարգով նշանակվեց Շրի Լանկայում Հայաստանի դեսպան: Նախագահի մեկ այլ հրամանագրով Արմեն Մարտիրոսյանը համատեղության կարգով նշանակվեց նաև Նեպալում ՀՀ արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան:
Պաշտոնատար անձի հարկային տարում հանձնած կամ վերադարձած փոխառությունները բաժնից տեղեկանում ենք, որ փոխառության չափը կազմել է 40 000 և 21 000 ԱՄՆ դոլար:
Արմեն Մարտիրոսյանի եկամուտները գոյացել են աշխատավարձից՝ կազմելով 31 480 ԱՄՆ դոլար: Իսկ տրված փոխառությունների (վարկերի) դիմաց ստացված տոկոսը և այլ հատուցումը բաժնից տեղեկանում ենք նրա՝ 576 000 ՀՀ դրամ եկամուտի մասին:
