POLITICSԱրցախի Հանրապետության Նախագահ Բակո Սահակյանը սեպտեմբերի 20-ին շնորհավորական ուղերձ է հղել Հարավային Օսիայի Հանրապետության Նախագահ Անատոլի Բիբիլովին` Անկախության օրվա առթիվ: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին Արցախի Հանրապետության նախագահի աշխատակազմի տեղեկատվության գլխավոր վարչությունից, ուղերձում ասված է.
«Հարգարժա՛ն Անատոլի Իլյայի,
Արցախի Հանրապետության ժողովրդի, իշխանությունների եւ անձամբ իմ անունից ի սրտե շնորհավորում եմ Ձեզ եւ Հարավային Օսիայի եղբայրական ժողովրդին` Անկախության օրվա կապակցությամբ:
1990 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 20-ը շրջադարձային եղավ Օսիայի հնագույն պատմության մեջ: Հարավային Օսիայի ժողովուրդն ընդունեց կարեւոր որոշում եւ հռչակեց իր հայրենիքի անկախությունը՝ պատրաստակամություն հայտնելով ինքնուրույն կանխորոշելու սեփական ճակատագիրը:
Այդ տարիների ընթացքում Հարավային Օսիայի Հանրապետությունն անցել է փշոտ, բայց փառահեղ ճանապարհ՝ բազում անգամներ ոտքի ելնելով հանուն իր անկախ պետականության, պատվի եւ արժանապատվության պաշտպանության:
Այսօր եղբայրական Հարավային Օսիան կայացած եւ դինամիկ զարգացող պետություն է, որը վստահորեն նայում է դեպի ապագան: Մենք անկեղծորեն ուրախ ենք մեր բարեկամ պետության բոլոր ձեռքբերումների եւ հաջողությունների համար:
Մեկ անգամ եւս շնորհավորում եմ Ձեզ, հարգարժա՛ն Անատոլի Իլյայի, եւ մաղթում Ձեզ եւ Հարավային Օսիայի-Ալանիայի ողջ ժողովրդին խաղաղություն, երջանկություն, նոր հաջողություններ ու ձեռքբերումներ»:
