Մեզ պետք են «մասնագետ» զինվորներ, ոչ թե ուղղակի ամբոխ

Ծառայել «Հաղթանակած բանակում» սա արդեն ցանկացած հայ տղամարդու հպարտության արգասիկ է: Հայ զինվորի կոչումը արժանապատվորեն կրելու համար ցանկացածը պետք է գիտակցի իր դերն ու կարևորությունը բանակաշինության գործընթացում: Մենք շրջապատված ենք այնպիսի թշնամիներով «Թուրքիա, Ադրբեջան», որոնք մեր դարավոր թշնամիներն են և բացարձակ իրավունք չունեք թուլացնել մեր զգոնությունը: Հարկ եմ համարում նշել, որ ոչ պակաս կարևոր է նորակոչիկի վերաբերմունքն ու ինքնագիտակցության այն զգացումը, որ այն ինչ սովորեցնում են բանակում, դա ևս իր պայծառ ապագա կերտելու ճանապարհի հարթեցման կարևորագույն տարրերից է: Չափահաս և լավ ապրելու ձգտում ունեցող երիտասարդը բարձրագույն կրթություն ստանալու՝ մասնագետ դառնալու համար ջանք ու եռանդ չի խնայի, քանզի այդ տարիքում փոքրիշատե գիտակցում է, որ հետագայում դա լինելու է իր գումար վաստակելու և ընտանիքի կարիքները հոգալու միջոցը: Բանակը ևս հնարավորություն է ընձեռնում այդ նույն երիտասարդներին մասնագետ դառնալու համար: Որքանով որ կարևորվում է քաղաքացիական կյանքում նշածս առավելությունները այդ հարցում, նույնքան էլ սա է կարևոր: Պետք է գիտակցել մի փաստ, այն որ տարածաշրջանում ամենամարտունակ բանակը հենց մերն է, դա մեր զինվորների և սպայական անձնակազմի նվիրվածության և ավելի շատ գիտելիք ստանալու ձգտումն է: Յուրաքանչյուր զինվոր պետք է և պարտավոր է հանուն հայրենիքի, հանուն թիկունքում գտնվող ընտանիքի բարորության և անվտանգության դառնալ մասնագետ, հակառակ դեպքում Աստված չանի լուրջ պատերազմական իրավիճակում հայտնվելու պարագայում մենք կունենանք ուղակի զինվորների ամբոխ, որոնք խուճապահար չեն կողմնորոշվի թե ինչ է պետք անել, իսկ եթե «մասնագետներ» դառնանք, այդ դեպքում մենք կունենանք կանոնավոր բանակ, որը պատրաստ կլինի դիմակայել թշնամու ցանկացած ոտնձգության և արժանի հակահարված կհասցնի նրանց:
Առակս ինչ կցուցանե, որ նորակոչիկներ ջան, ուսումնական գումարտակներում կամ հենց զորամասերում, սպաների կողմից ձեզ տրվող գիտելիքները «խլեք» ու դարձրեք ձերը, պետք չի մատների արանքով նայել, նորից եմ ասում, մեր կարգավիճակում մենք ուղղակի դրա իրավունքը չունենք:
