ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի բակում նշվում է Հայաստանի առաջին խորհրդարանի ձևավորման 100-ամյա հոբելյանը
SOCIETYՀՀ Ազգային Ժողովի բակում նշվում է խորհրդարանի ձեւավորման 100-ամյա հոբելյանը: «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ, տոնական միջոցառմանը ներկա են ՀՀ եւ Արցախի նախագահներ Արմեն Սարգսյանը եւ Բակո Սահակյանը, ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, Ամենայն Հայոց Գարեգին Բ Կաթողիկոսը, երկու հայկական հանրապետությունների խորհրդարանների նախագահները, ինչպես նաեւ ՀՀ Գերագույն խորհրդի եւ ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի առաջինից վեցերորդ գումարումների պատգամավորները:
Միջոցառմանը ելույթ ունեցավ ՀՀ Աժ նախագահ Արա Բաբլոյանը՝ նշելով. «Ժողովրդի ազատ կամքի արտահայտման և պետական կառավարման համակարգի զարգացման ասպարեզում մեզ համար դար է փոխվում։ Խորհրդարանական կառավարման ուղին մենք ընտրեցիքն 1918թ. Մայիսյան հաղթանակից անմիջապես հետո՝ մեզ համար ծանր ու քաոսային ժամանակաշրջանում: Հայությունը, հանդես բերելով իրավական բարձր գիտակցություն, ընդունեց իր քաղաքական պատմության շրջադարձային որոշումներից մեկը. գոյություն ունեցող ազգային իրողությունների հիման վրա ձևավորեց Հայաստանի Խորհուրդը, որն իր անդրանիկ նիստը գումարեց 1918 թվականի օգոստոսի 1-ին: Կազմված լինելով հիմնական քաղաքական ուժերի և ազգությունների ներկայացուցիչներից՝ նա դարձավ հայոց առաջին խորհրդարանը: Գործունեության հազիվ 1 տարվա ընթացքում, սովի և համաճարակների դժվարին ամիսներին այն ընդունեց 100-ից ավելի օրենք և օրենսդրական ակտ: Գործելով պետական իշխանության մարմինների դեռևս չձևավորված լինելու պայմաններում՝ իր հանձնաժողովների միջոցով հաճախ կատարեց նաև գործադիր իշխանության աշխատանքը»:
Հոբելյանական միջոցառման շրջանակում կցուցադրվի Հայաստանի խորհրդարանի հիմնադրման 100-ամյակին նվիրված տեսաֆիլմ, որում ներկայացված է լինելու խորհրդարանի ստեղծման եւ գործունեության պատմությունը:
Այնուհետեւ հյուրերը կայցելեն ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի վարչական շենքում տեղակայված Ազգային ժողովի նորաբաց թանգարան, ներկա կգտնվեն նիստերի դահլիճին կից սրահում կազմակերպված ֆոտոցուցահանդեսին:
